i had used a previous plumber for a full kitchen remodel. He charged me way more than the original and never finished the job. Steve came, gave a reasonable estimate, did the work and pointed out and fixed the sloppy work the previous plumber had left behind. I am ABSOLUTELY going to use Steve for all my plumbing needs.

I needed some plumbing work done from Steve and schedule had to align with the work another contractor was doing. In both cases, he showed up the next morning after calling him and got the work done at a reasonable price. I am definitely going to call him again when I need plumbing work.

I needed quick response at my business and these guys were great. Everyone else acted like it was going to be impossible and they were shooting prices 5 to 10 times higher than the quotes received from I PLUMB
I couldn’t ask for more not only was the job done right but I got pictures of everything and the area looked cleaner after they were done then it ever has. Thanks for saving me money and doing things right. I wish every company could operate like this one.

Steve is an outstanding plumber in every way. He is totally honest and a pleasure to work with. I cannot reccomend him enough and I have used a ton of plumbers throughout the years and would give Steve first place!

I Plumb, Inc. / Steve came to our home to attach our brand new Pool Heater to the existing gasline. The system is for our above ground pool, so it was certainly not standard but Steve approached it as a professional and got the job done, perfectly and it is even attractive!

While he was here we asked him to look at 2 more issues and he said YES! He crawled under our house to connect a water line that has been out of use for as long as we have lived here and we can now build our outdoor shower in the backyard!

Finally, Steve inspected our kids bathroom's Thermostatic Valves and determined the source of the leak/drip we have been living with since pre-pandemic. He identified the exact part that would solve the problem. We ordered the new part, installed it, and it works!!! Our house is so silent at night now that we keep pinching ourselves.

Steve was on time, professional, and fast at installing the faucets in our bathroom. He had to come twice because the faucets we ordered were not the right size. He also helped us with a wall outlet and toilet handle - both were beyond his job. His price was very reasonable. We will not hesitate to use his service again in the future.

His work was impeccable and I give him 10 out of 10 in the customer satisfaction department. Steve is the best plumber! I had a gas leaking issue and my agent recommended Steve to me. Steve quickly located the pipe leaking and repaired it for me. Compared with many other 5 star plumbers, Steve is much more professional, responsible, reliable and honest. I highly recommend I Plumb for any plumbing projects!

Steve responded immediately to my request to pick up and install a toilet. He appeared at my apartment the next morning with the toilet and installed it in about an hour. Great service and reasonably priced. Will recommend iPlumb to friends!

Steve was great! I’ve used him a couple of times. He arrived promptly and was able to help me with installation of a new kitchen faucet. It was nicely done and looks great.

He also helped with making my extremely old pop ups work correctly in 3 bathroom sinks.

I was so pleased with his work and his ability to help guide me , I decided to go ahead and buy 3 new bathroom faucets with the press down/up sink plugs.

Again - Steve was timely as usual and got the faucets installed despite some early challenges. Again - they look great.

I have already let a couple of neighbors know about his service for any future work.

I Plumb is great! Had an emergency shower drain situation while out of town. Steve came out and replaced 70 year old plumbing right away so the family could shower again. Also worked on my neighbor's shower after another plumbing company came out and wanted to replace the whole shower valve (open the tile wall, install new valve and patch). I Plumb saved them a couple of grand by just replacing a simple part! Reasonable and trust worthy! 5 pipe wrenches out of 5, highly recommend.

I called them in the morning, they came the same day around the afternoon and fixed 2 issues in my house a clogged sink and a toilet, whose water wouldn't stop running. I am impressed with the turn around time and their prices and rates. Stephen and Spencer were extremely friendly and also provided me with solutions that I could implement myself to mitigate the issues in the future.

Overall very happy with the service.

Steve and team are great! We had a broken drain pipe and his guys came out right away and got our kitchen working again. They came back the next day and replaced the whole run of worn out galvanized pipe so now we're all set. They were so good I had them install a new hose bib while they were here. Quality high and pricing very fair. Thank you!

Steve is absolutely the best in every way! Smart, conscientious, thorough and solves problems that others could not. He is also honest and easy to have in your house. He was referred to me by another Heating/AC company and I am so happy to have my plumbing problems solved.

Steve responded to our request immediately to look at our hot water heater. He came out within an hour, removed water around the base and turned it back on successfully.
