I was at my sister’s house when Peninsula Plumbing Solutions came out to unclog the kitchen sink. Everything went smoothly and Hector was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the sink cleared without any issues. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

Alan was able to arrive to the appointment 10 minutes early even with a same day request. He cleared a clogged shower drain in 30 minutes and didn’t try to over charge or complicate a simple fix.

Peninsula Plumbing Solutions did a great job at my house. I had an emergency with my kitchen sink and they showed up quickly on Saturday night. The price was fair, and even though the job ended up being more work than expected, they didn’t change it. They got everything done and cleaned up after. Gave me advice to avoid future problems. Really happy with their work.

These folks have come to us in a span of two weeks apart and BOTH times were QUICK to resolve the issues. These were two different issues, one was our plumbing and the other was our water heater (Crazy I know) For our water heater issue same day replacement!!! It was incredible! We had an emergency water valve rupture and leak under our sink during a kitchen appliance install in my condo, requiring a total building water shut off. Called Peninsula and Hector was at our building around 20-30 minutes later. Hector was prompt, courteous, gave us varying options and prices to choose from. Price paid seemed reasonable given emergency, but I wouldn't know otherwise. In summary, Hector was the best! He helped us understand why our water pressure was low in our kitchen faucet too. Will DEFINITELY use Peninsula again!

Peninsula Plumbing was amazing. My water heater went out and Hector came in less than 3 hours. They got my water heater install installed brand new same day and I had hot water again fast. Super happy with the service.

Was referred to Peninsula Plumbing Solutions by a good friend of mine who just used them to fix her clog toilet on a Saturday. She was extremely impressed with them. Our garbage disposal stopped working so I call PPS on Tuesday afternoon sent them a video of my garbage disposal. Within minutes they had a quote for work to be done. They said someone could be out next day, what time would work best for me.
Perfect communication both by phone and text message, took my needs for time of arrival into consideration and arrived on time next morning. Hector was polite, professional got right to work removing the old disposal and replacing it with my new Insinkerator Disposal. Nora at the office handled my payment over the phone by credit card, informed that there is a 90 day workmanship guarantee on all work performed by the company! They are a new company located in Redwood City but work in the East Bay Area as well, which is where I reside. I highly recommend PPS for your plumbing needs and will happily refer them to friends and family. Thank you PPS, Nora, Mari & Hector Outstanding Job!

Alan came on time, introduced himself, and asked how he could help! After I explained the clogged drain line from the kitchen sink he asked to take a look.

As he came inside the front door he put on cloth booties so as not to track in dirt or soil. And each time he went out he removed them and upon re- entering he put them back on!

After looking he texted a job price and requested I approve the cost of repair, which I did. He brought in his tools and proceeded to promptly extract the material which was clogging the drain. He then made several tests to ensure adequate water flow down the drain, and to make sure the under the sink plumbing was not leaking. Success!!! Drain was flowing freely and no leaks were present.

I was able to pay the agreed upon price by credit card on the spot and I immediately received an emailed receipt!

Overall this was a very positive experience. I will not hesitate co use this service in the future if need arises!!!

We had a severely blocked bathtub drain that needed to be snaked and a bidet toilet seat that needed to be installed and a safety check for gas leak prevention that needed to be conducted.We also needed to have our water heater drained and a rod replaced. Ross with Bell Plumbing did a fantastic job assessing the situation and getting the variety of jobs done quickly and professionally.

On Christmas Eve having a clogged toilet, I was deserted by my property management and reached out to Bell Plumbing. Juan who saved the day was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Bell completely replaced the old sewer pipes under our house. Christian, who also installed the new shut off valve, put a pressure regulating valve in place. The sewer crew did a great job and new what they were doing. Christian is an expert plumber and very pleasant to work with.

Juan was amazing, he noticed that the issue was not what we thought it was and fixed it on the spot for us in just a few minutes. We had 3 other plumbers come out to take a look and Bell Plumbing was the only one that asked more questions and found the real issue, saving us a lot in repair cost!
