Even though I did not use Bell Plumbing, I had a great experience with one of their plumbers, Ross. I had a problem with our kitchen sink detaching from the kitchen counter. Ross came to evaluate our problem and to give us an estimate of a possible repair. It only took a few minutes for him to peek under the kitchen sink to know that there was NO damage due to the plumbing. The reason for the detachment of the kitchen sink was the fault of the builder of our condo, who didn't install the sink properly. Ross told me that all I needed was a good handyman, not a licensed plumber or a contractor, to fix my problem. After I heard his explanation, it all made sense. Instead of a song and dance, he just gave me an HONEST assessment.
You can be sure WHEN I need a plumber, I will definitely call Bell Plumbing and I will ask for Ross. You can trust this company.

Prompt, professional and provided regular updates. Ross was great! Called in to fix a broken toilet water supply valve. After replacing the valve, Ross double and triple check the valve. Discovered that the supply line, hose was leaking at the connector and replaced it as well. They fixed a few other nagging issues all in the same appt. If you're time constrained, book the first appt of the day.

Jake, Maribel and Chris provided exceptional service. Jake took the initial call with professionalism and understood the urgency. Maribel made scheduling seamless and Chris explained the issue, made the necessary repairs and made recommendations for other services. He also showed us a video of the issue. This was impressive. This team has earned our future business and referrals to others. Thank you again!

Pretty disappointed with my service from Bell Plumbing. Multiple invoice mistakes including a phantom charge for a piece of hardware that was never installed. Despite providing detailed instructions on what I was looking for in snaking our home drain (long line needing a 75+ft snake) the initial service technician did not follow these instructions and did not remedy the problem.

When I went to reschedule a follow up snaking the office told me the follow up service would be covered but the technician instead said it would be an additional $500 for a simple snaking.

Would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Juan, the technician, was very nice and competent. He was able to diagnose and fix our two issues quickly and efficiently. No parts required. I would definitely be happy to have him back again.

Juan was very professional and worked to make sure he did the job thoroughly. There was a fellow named Alan who was training as an apprentice with him, and I noticed he was patient and explained what he was doing. That is how you build up the bench. I would advise Alan to be more outgoing and conversational with clients in the future, but Juan was the lead and was very friendly and competent.

Juan Rayas did a fantastic job installing the new tankless electric water heater. The installation was done professionally and cleanly. He answered all my questions and concerns satisfactorily. I would recommend using Bell Plumbing for your next plumbing service

The morning of my father’s funeral, I stepped into the shower only to discover my on-demand water heater had stopped working. The next day was Thanksgiving, and on Friday I was scheduled for surgery. To say the timing was overwhelming is an understatement.

I called Bell Plumbing and was told a plumber could come out that afternoon—thank goodness. I was fortunate to have Juan assigned to the job. After inspecting the heater, he explained that it was very old and needed to be replaced. Despite the short notice and the approaching holiday, Juan was able to install a new on-demand water heater that same day.

He worked into the night to make sure I had hot water before the holiday and my surgery. Juan was kind, caring, and professional throughout the entire process, which made a very stressful week so much easier.

I am deeply grateful for the service I received from Bell Plumbing and highly recommend their team—especially Juan.

Awesome service. Freddy came out promptly the quote the job and Juan came out and performed the work flawlessly. We did have to go through a change order process for substantially more but considering the scope of the repair I was somewhat expecting it.
All in all my wife was happy so that’s all that matters. :)

Friendly and professional. Ours is an old house and the young plumber was very competent and he swiftly fix the pipe for our washing machine. He even put the washer and dryer back into place and hooked them up again. That is why we always call them first when we have a plumbing issue.

Really great team at Bell plumbing. I have hired them for two major repairs on my home now -> sewer repair and water heater replacement. And in both cases they provided the best estimate, and did a great job with no issues.

Christian Urbina with Bell plumbing came my house to evaluate my partial sewer line blockage in the 75-year-old cast-iron pipe under my slab. He ran a camera (free) and showed me convincingly that the blockage was caused by scale (rusted flakes) that separated from pipe wall and were partially obstructing free flow in the pipe. He proposed a cleaning with Bell’s Picote machine to sweep, descale, and mill the inside of the pipe smooth again. He provided me the camera video of the pipe that clearly documented the problem, and offered a really good high-tech solution for my situation. He wrote a detailed proposal and answered all my questions over the phone. The work is scheduled for tomorrow and we’ll see how it goes!. We had an emergency water heater replacement, and Bell Plumbing was fast to respond to our inquiry and was able to repair it that same day (fwiw the plumbers in SMC are all pretty quick to respond and very professional). Ross was friendly, communicative, professional and knowledgeable. He did everything to code, checked gas lines for safety concerns, etc and cleaned up well after the repair. Highly recommend.

The team was super helpful getting everything scheduled quickly and easily. Juan did a great job and even discovered another issue unrelated to my leaky sink, but would have caused a bunch of damage if it hadn’t been fixed. Definitely will use them again

The Bell Plumbing team nailed it. Been living with a somewhat sporadic backup for years until I finally had enough. Scheduling was a breeze and they worked around my timeline. Got a morning call the day of and an afternoon follow up to let me know I can expect the technician soon. Ross was spot on in getting the right tools for the job, as well as working with our complex setup to ensure an easy unclogging. Even told me where the clog was and showed me on the camera so I can decide the next steps to avoid it in the future. Overall, a spot on experience from a great first interaction.

Juan was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He replaced the water heater quickly and a fair price. Juan and Nick cleaned up after the job. Ross was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated and determined that our sump pump needed replacing and let us know that our tankless water heater needed needed servicing. Both services cost quite a bit ($2,000) but we’ve used Bell for many years because you all always provide a high level of service and professionalism

Alejandro did a fantastic job replacing the toilet ring in our home. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. What I appreciated most was the time he took to explain exactly why the seal had failed and how he was fixing it to prevent future leaks. It’s rare to find a plumber who is both skilled and a great communicator. Highly recommend his services!
