This individual, Alex, is one of the hardest and honest workers I ever met. He quoted to repair my refrigerator but the situation was a lot worse than he originally estimated. It took him a day and a half to finally got it working. Nonetheless he kept his original estimate. After seeing the amount of effort and keeping his word, I felt compelled to gave him more money. I recently moved to a new house and it had a cooktop so I did not bother bringing my old one.
