I had someone come out for a repair/quote for our subzero freezer. It wasn't working well, and the ice wasn't staying frozen. It's 12 yrs old. In 20 mins and without taking off the cover where the actual compressor is, he diagnosed compressor replacement and sent me an overall $1750 general quote for replacement and recharging the system. Since the quote was vague, I asked for more of a description of what was wrong, and they haven't gotten back to me?. We got another appliance guy to come out (we needed it to work sooner than later) it's xmas season. He inspected the compressor. It was good, but more importantly, the relay switch was faulty. $175 later, the freezer works perfectly. 10x less than Elite Experts. They seem to be sending out whoever and quoting whatever.

    Definitely 5 stars!

So this weekend I realized my parents' fridge stopped working. I went straight to Yelp to find someone good that could help right away.

To my surprise, they answered the phone at 8pm, and told me they would come by before noon the next day. Sure enough, a technician arrived at 11am. He quickly diagnosed that the temperature control in the fridge was broken, replaced it, and the fridge is now back in good working order! Great service at a fair price!

    Highly recommended.

I was very stressed while calling different companies, to fix the issue of my KitchenAid refrigerator, but this company was amazingly helpful! They sent a very knowledgeable technician for me and fixed all our refrigerator in justb a short period of time. I am very happy and the technician was able to explain how and why my refrigerator was damaged also giving me tip of advise on how to avoid having the same issue in the future. I would highly recommend Appliance Service Expert!

Excellent repair service! They allotted time to fix my dishwasher the same afternoon that I called. In less than one hour, the problem was solved and my dishes were clean. It has been a week and the appliance continues to run smoothly. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you those geyser.

Outstanding service! The technician was polite, thorough, and fixed my washing machine on the first visit. Elite Experts are now my go-to repair service.

We've had two good experiences with Sam and Elite Experts. We have a Viking gas cooktop that came with our house. Several of the burners were not working and we had another company come out first and they were stumped and couldn't fix the issue. Sam came out and determined that a few of the burners were not working and the ignitor wasn't properly sending ignition to the burners. He recommended that we replace the burners. I asked if we could get a better price if we replaced all six and he gave us a bit off. He came back about a week later and installed new burners and an ignitor. We still have times when the ignitor sparks and clicks for a bit longer on some of the burners, but all six are working well and over time I think the clicking/sparking is decreasing.

He took the time to explain how things work and ultimately, replacing the burners will save us money in the long run as new versions of this cooktop are very expensive.

This last week, Sam came out on a day's notice to take a look at our seven year old gas dryer. Upon opening up the dryer, he determined that the motor had seized. He later found a rodent that had been sucked into the vent hose. At that point we figured we've have to purchase a new dryer, but Sam said he was certain it would work again and sure enough, it works perfectly now! He was very polite, on time and honest! I'd call him again. The visit fee was reasonable and would have been applied towards repair.

Had an expensive repair of one of our appliances. Crew was extremely friendly but what they did was the cause of a complete break down of our fridge. In fact they ruined it. Could not 100% recommend this company.

Update: After the review they showed up thankfully reimbursing half of the extra money I had to spend to get the fridge working again.

The dishwasher kept leaking water onto the floor. Turned out to be a cracked hose. The technician fixed it quickly and even cleaned up the mess.

They were available on a next day appointment to diagnose the igniter problems on our Viking stove and oven which was great. However, they did say they'd be in touch 48 hours later to schedule the follow-up visit to fix it and promised before Thanksgiving. I had to follow up four days later when I received no call back as promised at which point they suggested after Thanksgiving. However, in the end, they did accommodate me in time and did a great job!

Update: Six months after this $$$$ repair, the problem reoccurred in the EXACT same igniters! Do not recommend.

We would highly recommend this service! After calling to report a leaking fridge, the process has been smooth and both the customer service rep and the technician have been more than friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician came to inspect the leak and was able to fix it right away. Very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through what happened and the needed fix. We enjoyed having him in our home. Thank you to Stan and the entire team!

The dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. Turned out to be a worn-out belt and pulley. The repair was fast, and it’s totally quiet now.

Our washing machine stopped mid-cycle and wouldn’t drain. The technician came out the same day, cleared a blockage, and had it working in no time. Super efficient!

Microwave stopped turning on completely. The repair guy diagnosed a blown fuse and had it fixed within 30 minutes. So glad I didn’t have to replace it!

My freezer suddenly failed to maintain the right temperature, and I was concerned about losing all my frozen goods. The prompt service expert traced the problem to the compressor and fixed it quickly, restoring the freezer’s functionality and saving my groceries.

My oven wasn’t heating up evenly, making it impossible to bake properly. I called for service, and the expert showed up with a calm, reassuring attitude. He discovered that the thermostat was faulty, replaced it on the spot, and now my oven works like new.

This service is absolutely terrible! They were supposed to be here between 11-2 i expected them here atleast by 2. Going back and fourth with them the guy didnt show up until 40 min after 2. He was here about 2 min to tell us our washer machine would cost 800 to fix a bearing aseembly and charged us $95 for the service call

DO NOT CALL THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Look at the responses to the reviews that question them....and also notice they are not in YELP. The receptionist was quite possibly the rudest and most insane person I have ever spoken to. I did some further research....this company are a bunch of scam artists....they will tell you they are certified to work on Wolf and Sub Zero appliances but that is a lie! There is only one company that serves San Diego county that is certified through Wolf...call Wolf if you need service on your appliance....do not call these people.

I called one of their technicians out about 8 months ago because my Maytag Front Loader had just stopped working, no power. The technician who's name was "Oleg" disconnected the electric computer control panel and told me it was broken and needed replacing, his estimate was $600. I did not have the money at the time, so I paid him his $60 for the service call and he left, he had knocked down two shelves which were installed around/above the washer, spilled an entire bag of tools (which he asked my son to clean up) and left with a one inch puddle of water because he had disconnected some of the pipes and the water was all over the floor. He was messy and rude and had most of his backside showing ( you know the part that should be covered by his pants) but that is not unusual. THE WORST PART WAS YET TO COME!.... It took us 8 months to save the money to buy the part online. My husband was a retired plumber and had a better than average knowledge of electrical work. He knew he could install the new part. The part cost us $279 new online. It came the Friday before Christmas, I was so excited as we have a family of 5 and had spent the last 8 months at the laundramat spending an average of $40 a week to wash our clothes. My husband installed the part.... IT DIDN'T WORK! OH NO! My husband (Ric) got online with a tech support company and they gave him some ideas of what the problem might be..... One day later, it turned out through some testing by Ric the whole problem with my washer was a bad wire ONE BAD WIRE! $10 worth of parts at Home Depot and a couple hours of labor rewiring. This "Appliance Expert Oleg" was either stupid, lazy or trying to cheat us. Perhaps all of the above. Now, I am not sure that the website we bought the part from will take it back. So we may be out the $279 we spent! So, bottom line is All Pro Appliance Repair and Oleg cost us..... $40 per week for 32 weeks = $1280, $60 for the service visit, $279 for the part we didnt need. GRAND TOTAL... $1,619. Plus he was rude and I had to clean up after him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! GET YOUR AUNT AGNES TO DO IT, SHE WILL DO A BETTER JOB!

I'm listing in order the following:
    1. Timeliness of, technician, diagnosis and estimate
    1. Professionalism of Technician
    1. Explanation of costs and repairs
    1. Concern for customer satisfaction.

I would give them 5 stars but I'll wait until a return visit for another repair. We will definitely use All Pro, or LR Appliance should we have another issue. Oleg set a standard for service and professionalism.
