This was not a good experience with Michelle. I called and scheduled she wasn’t pleasant on the phone but I over looked it. I then messed up myself-got the call that they would be here in 20 min and I had to get my kids some where. She made it clear that it was very good she called and checked because I was supposed to be here. I apologized. We then rescheduled for a couple of days later 11-2pm. They never showed. I called and she was soooo rude and tried to tell me it was my fault that we never really scheduled. I’m sure the company might be ok but with people like her being your customers first experience-it will not work.

Btw...I just looked at a few other reviews and they are the same experience I had with a very rude receptionist.

Very pleased with the service! Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my Sub zero and repaired at a very reasonable price. They did full maintenance on the fridge including in the price! Very happy. Will strongly recommend

This company saved my time and money! Technician arrived on time. Had a mask and gloves, very polite and clean! Discovered the problem with my freezer in 15 minutes and had part on the truck! Repair cost me $275 total! Sooo happy! Thank you guys.

Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone refused to take model number before dispatching tech. This is a way just to drive up cost by having multiple visits.

The issue is simple. Need new hinges but she would not take model number to tell me if they have them in stock.

I do not need to be charged $89 just to be told there will be 5wk lead time

This company and owner is a scammer stay away. We used them through the home warranty so didn't have much choice. He didn't fix our dishwasher and for some reason claimed that we damaged the dishwasher ourselves so then the home warranty wouldn't cover getting it fixed. Not trustworthy scammer of a person, stay away

Followup. The repair shop called me back and sent a much nicer repair person to take care of my issue. Took 2 trips but it was taken care of.

This is the worst appliance repair place I have encountered. I called for dryer repair. The technician came and pushed through and broke my gate. He diagnosed a broken belt and replaced, which by the way, costed me 50% the cost of a new dryer. When I used the dryer the following day, the 52 min cycle took 1.5 hours and the second load would not run. I called them back. The receptionist is nice and they came. The technician was rude. Never called before showing up. When I told him that I was not happy because whatever is going on at this point was beyond the broken belt and had I known this, I would not have fixed the belt to begin with. I asked that he call me to debrief about what is going on after looks at the machine. He just left. When I called him back to see what is going on, he told me everything is fine.

This company provided me with excellent service for a super reasonable cost! Thank you for repairing my Sub zero refrigerator :) Will recommend to all my friends.

The only positive is that the scheduler was friendly and the appointment easy to book. The technician who came out actually invoiced us from LR Appliance rather than All Pro, but quoted me $450 for a simple service that I paid $110 from another company a year ago. I declined. Service call charges ($95) are also $20-30 higher than other companies I contacted.

Very disappointing. My ice maker was not functioning so called to have someone look it over. The ice maker has only been used 2-3 years. The technician came out and pointed a thermometer inside the maker (wouldn't take a brain surgeon to feel it isn't getting cold) and then looked underneath and listened. No real troubleshooting. Then came back and quoted me $1500 to replace a bunch of stuff. SMH

For some reason their website was linked to a 5 star company with 10+ years of experience. I called because our washing machine is leaving all of our clothes covered in lint. I asked for them to check the drain tube. They came over turned my washing machine on and said it’s seems to be functioning. Never pulled it out and told me to “try bleach” $120 for him to turn my washing machine on and say tough luck.

This company is amazing! I am a single mother of 2 cute rascals and i am constantly doing laundry. One day my dryer just stopped working. It would turn on for a minute or two but then it would stop. I was devastated. With current situation and virus i could not afford to buy new one. I called multiple companies but Low Rates Appliance Repair were most affordable and the fastest to come by.

The tech who came over - diagnosed the problem right away and i was lucky he had all necessary parts available in his truck. The tech followed all guidelines and social distance.
I am very happy customer and will recommend them to my friends and relatives. I could not be thankful enough.

Oleg,was very professional and skilled technician,My washer broke and was a rattling loud noise,Oleg on the first visit, determined what it was, and also looked at the refrigerator freezer, and did the same,Oleg is a very reserved man with talent and skills in his profession.The next day he arrived with part for the water and fixed it in one hour. Thank you Oleg you are a credit to your profession.

The door on my Sub-Zero refrigerator had a broken part but was operational. LRA cover a large Area so their Techs service different areas on different days so you may not be able to get same day service. When the Tech did arrive he had the part and resolved the issue quickly. I was happy with the service given. They have a 90 day warranty on their work and wouldn't you know it I had another problem, all be it different, on the same door loosing vacuum but past the 90 days. I called Elaina with my story and they were very busy but told me she would get someone out as quickly as she could. I did have to wait longer then I wanted but when my Tech Leo drove up from San Diego he was great. He looked critically at the door, quickly identified the problem, had everything he needed and preformed all necessary adjustments leaving me with refrigerator working better than it has in the nine years I've had it. Thanks Leo. You're a true professional and thank you for not charging me for the out of warranty call. Or was it Elaina in the office that told him to not charge me?

Oleg was prompt, friendly and efficient. He cleaned our fridge coils and recommended every two years which seems reasonable.

So I'm hear to spread the word!! I will use Leo Sub zero specialist Appliance every time and not only did they fix my Sub Zero but they helped fix my Viking range too....every body told me it was going to be a hard fix and it was an ordinary fix and got that working too!!
