I think Tom is very patient and allow you to choose at your pace. Also they work extremely fast, which was much appreciated and surprised compared to contractor I was working with at the time. I found them on my own becuz I was done taking recommendations from people. Wish I had hire them for everything.

I would highly recommend Oasis. The entire process went just as planned, which was a tough feat in the middle of a pandemic. We were given an itemized bid, showing all costs and any changes were handled with one off invoices, so there were no surprises. The work was done in a timely fashion and the quality of work was great, and I am picky.

We’ve had a lot of experiences with SoSoCal construction companies and contractors, large and small. Tomas has risen above them all, even with the obstacles of COVID-19. Our bathroom remodel is sleek and repainting of our living room and bedroom was completed with details of a first time build. Thank you Tomas / Oasis!

They responded quickly to my request and were able to start within a few weeks. We had them remodelled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We were able to cook again by the end of the third day. The whole job was completed in just over 2 weeks. with great care to keep the rest of the house protected. We highly recommend them!

After having great experience with Tom few years back (on a smaller type of project), we decided to have Oasis team again for another project, this time for renovating the 2nd floor of our house (includes 2 complete bathrooms).

Oasis team helped us with choosing the right design, and than remodel our entire 2nd floor.

So it was difficult selecting the right contractor for the job. A friend finally reccomended Oasis Renovation and assured us they would do an amazing job since they had used their service in the past.

We finally settled and it's been an amazing experience getting the house renovated, we've changed the roofing, door, windows and redesign the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. Tom did an excellent job on a remodel of 2 bathrooms- great quality and price. We love the new bathrooms. Project took 7 weeks overall. Project was quoted by Tom (owner), who provided project oversite. His crew showed up every day and worked hard which was outstanding. They did high quality work at a fair price and met schedule expectations. Good job managing clean up during and after the project. They coordinated daily activities with me and were easy to collaborate with on design and construction.Highly recommended!

Tom, Kenny, and the rest of the Oasis team are fantastic. We dove headfirst into our first home remodel after a recent purchase, completely redoing the kitchen, replacing all flooring, interior painting, and some drywall work. They were very helpful during the entire process, especially taking the time to explain things so we understood what was going on. While the project took longer than expected, it was due to things entirely out of Oasis' hands. As soon as those were resolved, they moved fast during their already busy schedule to wrap everything up. Already am recommending to friends!

We hired Oasis to do some renovations on a home we just purchased in pacific beach. Tom was in touch with us from day one, he had excellent suggestions on design and local materials usage which we were really grateful for, and which looked great in the finished home. We had a variety of work done, flooring, painting, electrical, and the work was top notch, we were super satisfied with our home, it really has a great first impression now.

I've been in commercial real estate for over 20 years and have managed small and large projects. I am extremely picky and know my way around a jobsite. I have had my fair share of flaky and unreliable contractor experiences but from from the moment I met Tom I knew he was the right person for my project. From the first meeting all the way to the end of the project, he was always easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and his team delivered on my high expectations. Aside from that he is just a nice honest guy who makes a stressful experience much easier. I don't normally write reviews before work is completed. We asked for an estimate and Tom came to discuss work we wanted to get done. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Even if the work we want to get done is too small for Oasis, I highly recommend Oasis if you have major renovations you want done.
