David did a full remediation of our home in November. I was really sick prior but now its February. Feeling way better. Wash cloth in the kitchen sink used to get stinky and moldy in half a day. Now we can have the same wash cloth for a week with no issue. This and feeling much better have been my gage. First, the customer service is phenomenal. David came in and made what seemed like it would be a nightmare a very understanding process. Clareton Restoration was recommended to us by our insurance during a water damage claim. Redoing our kitchen was not something that we had planned on but it turned into a great opportunity to make improvements in our kitchen as well as several other areas in our house.
We worked closely with Lauren, Edgar, Jordan and the team. They were able to help us deal with our insurance, figure out a design that work for us in our space and execute the project in a very timely manner. The kitchen is now one of my favorite spots in our house and it looks so gorgeous. It was great to work with them and we definitely plan on reaching out to the 911 Restoration team in the future with other projects.
