we had a wonderful experience with Shugarman’s when redoing our en suite shower! the original shower was from the 70s and in desperate need of repair- from quote to demo to installation Shugarman’s was professional and easy to work with and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would def recommend them to anyone looking to have their shower or bath redone! Our team (Nico, Adrian, and Tony) were the absolute best.

This past Monday we had our bathtub/shower converted into a stand-up shower. I cant express how impressed I am with the quality of work and how professional our installer ( Ivan) was and is. I received a fallow up call today on how the shower turned out and i actually requested Ivan to be our installer for further projects that we will have. You will always be in great hands with him because before making final placements on anything he will ask you for your opinion. Definitely doing more business with Shugarman’s Bath.

I used Shugarman's Bath after a great sales presentation. Everything went as promised and on time , my installer, Billy did a great job. He is very clean and respectful of my property. I had a bath to shower conversion which turned out beautiful. Would highly recommend this company.

The Shugarman's process went so well that after our first shower installation we signed up for a bathtub/shower installation in our other bathroom right away. It was fun to work with our salesman Erik. Our installation teams (Jaret and Christian, Shane and Michael) were friendly and courteous. The company followed up quickly with wall and showerhead repair. What pleased me the most was the main work was done within the time promised (1-1 1/2 days). The lifetime guarantee is awesome too.

This review is regarding the demolition “down to the studs, tear out & removal” of the very large old 6.6’x4.6’x8’ tub/shower area. The worker from Shugarman’s Bath “Nico” arrived alone to do the job. He was here for more than 8 hours taking only a few of very short breaks. My spouse & I were extremely impressed with work ethic. He completely closed off the work area to prevent dust & debris from going beyond the work area; in addition, he covered his pathway from the job site down two flights of stairs, out the front door that leads to another set of steps to his truck. He transported all the debris down this pathway. When he was finished the whole area was left clean & spotless. He is a very rigorous worker and very polite person. He is someone I would have liked to have worked for me & the owners of Shugarman’s Bath should be proud to have him as their employee.

I can't believe how fast our new shower was installed. Our installer Chreen was friendly and professional, and here asistant Steve was as well. Very nice people. Answered all my questions and kept me updated at each step. The workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Shugarmans, and if you are lucky you will have Chreen as your installer. She and Steve worked like a well oiled machine and before I knew it, the job was done. The made sure everything was cleaned up beforw they left.
I am 100% satisfied.

Brandon, our installer, did a wonderful job! We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. He was very polite, punctual, respectful of our home, he cleaned up thoroughly each day. Brandon had to go up and down the stairs several times bringing all his materials and tools. We just had our master bathroom Shower/Tub renovated by Shugarmans bath and could not be happier with the results! From the time we met the sales rep, Fil, to coordinating with the installers, everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. My fiancé and I were pretty picky with what we wanted, and Fil was patient with us and let us come into the showroom to look at our different options. There was a minor hiccup with the design, but the whole team was super communicative and was willing to take on the additional costs associated with the design change, given that it occurred after we signed our contract. During install, there were a couple of days where both my fiancé and I had to leave the house to go to work, and we felt safe leaving everything with the installers. This is an overall fantastic company, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their bathroom!

Thank you Shugrman’s Bath, I have an older home in Vista. The shower demo/rebuild turned into quite a project with a lot of unknown variables discovered during demo. All of the installers worked so hard and did such a great job. They were all professional, respectful and helpful. Dante worked his butt off tearing out the old shower. Billy was super helpful positive upbeat and great to work with. Brandon did exceptional job. My project was difficult and challenging but Brandon never gave up, never got frustrated and got it done even with all the unexpected challenges. They dealt with drying out all the moisture to prevent mold before they move forward with rebuilding. Thank you, Brandon for all your extra hard work and for seeing the job through to the end. Very happy with the results. My shower project had all the worst case unknowns and there was never any up charge for the extra work required to get it done correctly. This is the second bathroom I have done with Shugarmans. The sales process was very detailed but the thorough explanation of the incredible warranty/guarantee sold itself. The quality of the materials is seriously good but in the end it comes down to installation. Chuy and Rickie were consummate professionals in every aspect and their workmanship was top of the line. I never give 5 star reviews but these folks are the exception.

We had our guest bathroom tub and shower torn out and replaced with a totally new tub and shower. We love our renovated bathroom! The new shower enclosure is so much nicer than the tile it replaced. Adrian D the installer from Shugarman's was great! He walked us through the process before beginning and he set to work tearing out all of the old tub and shower components. He installed all new copper pipes and added extra supporting lumber in the wall to support the new grab bars we had him install. He put in all new waterproof backing boards and a special sealer behind the full wall panels that look so much better than the tile it replaced. And, cleaning the new walls is so much easier than before. Adrian did a great job fitting the walls and fixtures and glass doors perfectly. So the finished installation looks and works great!

The installation was done by Jorge and Diego. Their work was thorough and professional. Attention to every detail is clear when seeing the final product. The was a tub-to-shower renovation in a bathroom originally built in 1983. Well done!!!

I needed to upgrade my bathroom from a tub to a shower for my quadriplegic mother. It was done in two days and is such a relief for me, as her caregiver, to be able to have an accessible shower. Thank you, Billy, for going above and beyond to make a stressful situation remedy itself. He and his assistants, Will and Diego were courteous and respectful of my house. Overall excellent experience.
