A fantastic way to loose $1000. Took my deposit and abandoned the job. The GM of sales (Mark T) is a professional smoke blower- and will 100% disappear after he collects your check. Be faster to just light your checkbook on fire then engage with this garbage company.

SLS Home remodeling put a roof on my home in Sun City. The work was done professionally, and in the time they stated. I will definitely call them again for any remodeling needs. I recommend them to get your job done.

Steven had us do some hot mopping on 2 of his jobs. After 3 months and dozens of attempts to get paid, he is now ignoring all calls/texts/emails. Skip this company and hire someone else that has some integrity.

Craftsmanship was 90% quality, pointed out a 2x4, with termite damage they covered it with new material, took photos. Verbal agreements, they wont honor. If you use this company, make sure 100% it's on the addendum, verbal is not going to work. I pointed out an area of wood planks, and they said " we'll have someone come out and put wood filler, never happened. Do not sign off anything, until you are 100% satisfied.

Could not have asked for more professional and friendly group. I had my master bath redone which included taking out tub and the shower stall along with the sinks and counter tops. Installed tile walk in shower and new counter tops and sinks.

Everyone in the crew was friendly and professional. Answered my questions when had them and adjusted to my design changes. I also wanted specific shower hardware. Steven went out of his way to get the exact hardware I wanted.

We are planning some work in the future and these are who we will call.

I interviewed several companies for this job. I wanted an exterior coating and all the companies told me that I would need to remove the vegetations surrounding the house. This was the only company that agreed to do the job protecting my plants. They did an excellent job taking care of them. The work looks great. The windows are beautiful and functional. I would recommend this company. I plan to use them in the future for a kitchen remodeling and a new floor.

My objective for my bathroom remodel was to have a wall taken down between the toilet/tub and the vanity. A new floor, vanity and toilet was installed and this was completed in a weeks time as promised. I was most pleased when on the day the floor was to be laid, the tile layer was unable to come. Steve made a call and was able to find another team to do the work and still we came in on the promised timeline. Danielle was with me every step of the way and was always very pleasant and professional. Very happy with the outcome! Thanks everyone!

We scheduled an appointment to quote countertop and tile floor installation. Received a text and telephone reminder. On the day of, no one showed. Jordan was very apologetic. Our appointment didn't make it onto the master calendar. Offered a $500 discount for the inconvenience and rescheduled for the following week. We received a text the day before confirming our second appointment. 30 minutes after no one had shown for that one, I called Jordan. Apparently the installer had a flat tire, but he could be to our home in an hour. An hour later, a different person arrived--although very nice, she was completely uninformed about the services in which we were interested and obviously was sent to do a sales pitch for a kitchen installation, not floor tile and countertops. We redirected, and asked for a quote for tile floor only. We received the quote--it was $4000 more than our last highest quote (and that was with the $500 discount). I would not recommend SLS --for anything. The rep who visited informed us that SLS has been in business for 20 years. Why are there only 5 reviews? Two echo our exact experience--I would be very suspect of the others.

I had 7 windows installed with screens. The work is beautiful. The workman were here on time and very courteous. They made sure that everything was cleaned and put back in its place when the job was finished. They were polite and I would refer this company to everyone I know and trust them to do any other work I need done in the future. The owner and my sales person could not have been more kind and not pushy. Very considerate gentleman.

Every person that I came into contact with was professional and friendly. They took great care of us from beginning to end.

I don’t think I have ever encountered so many kind, professional folks as I have had the pleasure to work with for my kitchen remodel.

Remodeling can be very stressful. Because of the great treatment we received it wasn’t stressful at all.

My kitchen looks AMAZING!!!

I will call SLS for any future remodeling work.

We found this company several years ago at a local home and garden show. We were finally ready to start some home renovations and were fortunate enough to get a follow-up call from Steve during the planning phase to see if we had any projects planned. We got multiple quotes and SLS had the best pricing by a long shot. We ended up signing a contract with them to repair a leaky roof vent, replace some flat roofing, and to hang and finish some drywall on our sunroom ceiling. Two separate crews came out on multiple occasions. They planned visits ahead of time to accommodate our busy schedule and arrived on time, every time. The crews were clean, organized, and courteous. Steve and his team even went out of their way to go above and beyond on part of the roofing job to ensure proper drainage from a transition from a previous roofing companies shoddy work. We’re really happy with the quality of work provided and would highly recommend using SLS to anyone interested in streamlining any similar construction projects. They even warranty their work for up to year, so rest assured, they’ll do it right the first time!

SLS did a great job for us replacing the roof, HVAC system, water heater and new solar panels. They delivered great products and professional service. They were on time, very easy and friendly to work with, true to their word and managed all aspects of the project to our satisfaction. We are so happy with their work that we will be entering into a new contract with them soon to have our house painted and install a new fence. We would highly recommend them.

We recently used SLS Home Remodeling to stucco our home and we are very happy with the outcome. Danielle from their office was amazing in getting everything set up and scheduled. I worked with Steven who kept me up~to-date on the overall project. Enrique was the lead on the project and was so professional and him and his team did an AMAZING job!! The overall team paid close attention to detail, the job was completed timely, and the end result is awesome.

I was looking for a friendly reputable team to rescue our two small 1963 bathrooms in University City, and was actually super grateful for the cold call received. Otherwise, I would've never met the team at SLS. None of the contractors I'd used on jobs in the past (or were recommended to me by friends) seemed to ever be available. That's over YEARS of waiting.
I love love love my new floating bath cabinet, quartz countertops, mirrors/faucets/lights, reglazed tub, and repaired/painted walls!! They made the extra effort to maintain my funky '60s guitar-shaped counter support, that most people would've ripped out in a flash. They didn't even laugh at my dream for a custom wall niche.
It takes patience to get through any remodel. I've lived off and on site for several now, big and small. You want your contractor, their office, and all the workers to be nice, respectful, financially fair, and very capable. Steven's SLS team fulfilled that for us. Thanks! Summer 2020.

Summary: I would highly recommend SLS Home Remodeling and hire them again. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. (After photos are the granite countertop and black appliances)

It is clear Steven hires really passionate people who care about the quality of work they produce. Ramon is an artist, Ivan’s craftmanship is incredible and the entire team are problem solvers who worked hard to deliver on desired outcome.

We found SLS Home Remodeling at a Farmers Market and after comparing several vendors, we chose this team for our 1st home project. We found that Steven was accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we stayed within our desired budget. SLS offered financing through Service Finance Company which enabled us to move forward. Steven and his team were very professional and never disappeared. We really appreciate them!

Buyers/Owners – We lived in unit for the duration of the project with a newborn.
Project goal – complete upgrade of kitchen from 1980s. Goals were to increase space within kitchen, extend kitchen and update all cabinets and appliances.

Recommendation when working with SLS: Overcommunicate and be very specific and document your wants. We provided a 2D model at the start of the project. We also used photos found online of ideal outcome to ensure it was clear on wants.

Any errors on this project? These projects are never perfect but Steven and his team responded swiftly and to our satisfaction. We are very detailed and appreciate the accommodation of this organization to meet our expectations. We look forward to hiring them again to help us complete our dream home.

Paint job looks great - everything in the garden was replaced as it was and clean up was amazing - we appreciated the work ethic of the workmen - overall a superb job done. Dave (Project Mgr) was attentive and took care of all our needs. Robert and the crew did an outstanding job.

Amazing group of people, excellent job, courteous, and professional. Clean up was perfect. I would only recommend Genesis for all roofing projects. Joe, project manger and Tim, sales were a delight to deal with. Best professional team I have ever dealt with!

These guys are the best. They painted our house and also built a patio for us a few months later. They do really good work. Eric, David, Horacio Luis really nice guys and hard working. The quality of the exterior paint product is second to none and the patios are custom made to order. We are really happy we found Genesis and would definitely recommend them to others. We added a few photos of the exterior so anyone else considering them can see the work.

Genesis installed a new roof for us. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The new roof looks great. Instead of dreading the next storm, with our old leaky roof, now I’m looking forward to it!

We had a good overall experience with the installation of our windows. Installers Francisco and Andres were knowledgeable, professional and cordial. Project manager, Bryan, was committed to our satisfaction and came up with creative solutions for challenges as they arose.

Service - Paint Exterior

We recently had our house painted by Genesis. They were great to work with. The project manager - Horacio was available to answer any questions and followed up on site throughout the process. He was very patient with me as I asked for a few changes after the project was started. The crew doing the work were here on time and were very professional. They also cleaned up the area at the end of each day.
