We replaced all the windows in our home. The marketing team provided excellent information and answered all of our questions and showed us the quality of materials and showed us how the windows would insulate our home from heat, cold and noise. The team of installers arrived a little early, quickly got to work and installed all 17 windows including a slider and french doors with screens as appropriate in one day. They took away the old windows/doors and cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. When the job was complete one of the technicians explained how everything worked. There was no expectation of payment until the job was completed and we were completely satisfied. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Love these windows! Great service from beginning to completion. Amazing how much quieter my house is.. no more neighborhood noise.. barely hear it compared to my old windows which sounded like everyone was just outside the door!

Have to say that our experience was ok, lack of communication with installation of windows, work not done and project got moved 3 times with no notifications. We hot a great price but this is a you get what you pay for kinda deal

Really happy with my new windows and HVAC. I was really concerned about the rate increase with SDGE in June so my husband and I decided to go energy efficient w Pete. He showed us the warranty and how we could be protected. We also love the glass package it seemed to be very energy efficient we want to use our HVAC.

Superhero contractors really took care of us. The reason I went with this company was solely due to their attention to detail. No other roofer I met with was as informative. The scope of detail to the work that I somewhat knew needed to be done was said to me without me having to ask. They determined what was needed, what wasn’t and why the material used was the best for our home. Everyone from the sales representative to the roofers were always in communication with me. Highly Recommend! Professionalism was outstanding. First time any contractor has done an in home presentation of different types of windows with a heat lamp so you actually feel the difference. I had my windows replaced on my 9th floor condo. They knew the difference for windows below 3rd floor and above in a condo, extremely important fact. Very customer service orientated.

Peter Stone came to my home to show me windows. He was very professional. I was very impressed with the product and with Mr Stone's attention to detail. He threw in attic insulation as a bonus. I felt confident that Mr. Stone would follow up with me if there were any problems.

Superhero contractors came by my house and gave me a quote on their Super-shield Window. This is by far the best product I have seen. I was almost going to buy Anlin "Del Mar" series windows but when I saw the window warranty I had to pass. I thought it was a full lifetime warranty yet when I read the fine print it would not cover improper installation or if I lived close to the Beach which I do. The only negative i will say about Superhero windows is that their windows are not cheap but I work hard for my money and when I buy I want the best. I was able to pick out a cool brown color for my vinyl and they even had choices on the type of glass that they offered. The install has been wonderful and like I said if you are ok spending a couple bucks more for a great window then with my personal experience I highly recommend this fine company.

Mr. Peter Stone is very dedicated to his work and it is quite obvious. Any questions I asked, he answered them very clearly and thoroughly to make sure I understood. He explained things very well and in a manner that I could understand despite English not being my first language. He was very flexible with the price and made sure we were happy with my purchase. Overall, it was a great experience working with Mr. Stone and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.
