Rich came out to do our initial consultation. We weren’t really planning on upgrading our windows, but were very impressed with the quality and superiority of the new windows based on his presentation. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product and service they offer. I am looking forward to seeing what a difference it makes to have UV protection and actual insulation in our home during the hot summer months.

Update after installation:
We’re very happy with the windows, they look and feel so much better than our old single pane ones that were original to the house. We’ve noticed it’s much quieter, they insulate better against noise as well as heat, which will be so nice going into the summer. They were great about scheduling, and the turnaround time from when they took measurements to when they were installed was impressively fast, considering they are custom-built. My only minor complaint was that they left quite a dusty mess behind, and I took my drapes down to wash, and ended up having to buy all new drapes because they got ruined in the washer. Absolutely no regrets, though!

Worst company ever ! They didn't start when they said they would .They started a month later than what we were told .The first crew was super sloppy ,prep work was a mess and paint was already peeling 3 days after they painted .We asked the first crew to never come back .We got a second crew .They tried their best to fix the botch job the first crew did .We are still waiting for the job to be completed .

We had a good experience. Everybody was professional and very nice. I felt I got a decent deal. And everything was cleaned up as it was before they went off
