I was impressed by how quickly they identified the source of our mold problem and offered practical solutions. They made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

The technician came out promptly after I called. He checked our walls, ceiling, and HVAC system using advanced tools. Found a small issue we wouldn’t have caught otherwise. Really professional and straightforward service. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to ensure their home’s air quality is safe.

From Start to Finish Build Brothers was so amazing to work with! Easy estimate/bid process which was very reasonably priced, easy communication throughout the project, on time with start time and total project time, and last and most importantly - the most professional install and construction process we have ever had over our 39 year marriage and many homes -construction/reconstruction!
We recently purchased an 85 year old home in Mission Hills that had a shake roof and decided to go with Composition Shingles, chose GAF Grand Sequoia RS (Reflective Series) in Ocean Gray. Not easy to find, so they had it freighted in from Fresno.
Really enjoyed working with Colton Frisch who bid our job and worked with us through the project and Sergio Lopez who managed our Project! They were both so great to work with! And workmanship - truly a work of art! We had some areas of flat roof that needed to be waterproof, craftsmanship was beautiful! Redid roof vents, sealed and flashed fireplace, redid fascia in areas that had failed. Oh and of course, the end product, our new roof is absolutely gorgeous! I got 4 bids - I am so very happy/over the moon that we went with Build Brothers! If you are reading this and trying to make a decision - truly, look no further!!!

In short, they cut corners, didn’t check for quality, and ended up having a different crew redo the entire roof because we had a third party inspect their work.

We hired Build Brothers to do a lift and lay on our tile roof. The initial inspector failed to tell us that the birdstop for our particular tile was no longer being made, and the roofers asked us if they could just do the roof without using any birdstop, which would have been against building code. The owner gave us a song and dance about ordering it custom, and when we agreed to the long manufacturing time they miraculously found a similarly shaped birdstop to do the job.
Once completed the roof looked awful, worse than the old one had looked. There were peices of metal sticking out and the tiles weren’t lined up straight. We decided to hire a third party roofing company to inspect it before making our final payment and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. The tiles hadn’t been spaced properly (to avoid buying addition tiles), flashing wasn’t installed properly, and there was even a portion of wood missing at the peak of the roof where tiles were just sitting, nailed to nothing.
We submitted the inspection report to Build Brothers and they had a new crew come in and redo the entire roof. It looked better but there was no way we could trust them at their word, so we hired the third party roofing inspector to check. It was good this time. If we need roof work done in the future we’ll call anyone besides these guys.

Happy with the final solar install on my renovated condo—clean work and professional crew. Scheduling/communication was a bit bumpy with a few delays (end-of-year rush), but they did notify me and got everything finished. I’d recommend them.

Ian and is crew did a fantastic job on my roof. Their lead times were accurate. And when it came time for them to come do the work it only took them one day just as they had stated as well. They did a fantastic job on cleanup, as you almost can’t even tell they were ever here. The end result came out fantastic and we couldn’t be happier.

Build Brothers Inc. did an incredible job on our home project! From the very first visit they were professional, honest, and so easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and the finished work looks amazing. It’s rare to find a company that actually delivers what they promise, but these guys did and then some!

Build Brothers did an excellent job from start to finish replacing our roof. Colton came out to give us an estimate and was awesome! He did a thorough inspection, explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. The crew was great! They were professional, hard working and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up each day. Our new roof is beautiful! I highly recommend Build Brothers.

Small issue with window leak and Ian dispatched his window technician immediately to figure out the problem. Window tech Junior came out, very quickly figured out the problem, some of the sealant had shrunk along the top outside stucco/window frame and water had gotten in during the heavy rain we just got. Junior resealed with thicker wet/dry sealant and went above & beyond and he resealed tops of all outside window frames to be safe and reassure me. Highly recommend
