Working with Build Brothers was great! We got our roof redone, and moved/reattached 24 solar panels. We talked with 4 different contractors before eventually deciding to go with Build Brothers. The estimator Colton answered a bunch of questions, and gave us a good quote without needing to haggle. Gloria was super nice got us scheduled quickly and painlessly. Sergio and his team did a great job, finishing up the project quickly and with great workmanship. Overall I was very impressed, and I would definitely recommend using them for your roofing/solar needs.

Build Brothers are great! We had a leak in our garage and a few leaks under the eaves. Since our roof was over 30 years old, we decided to do a full lift and reset of our concrete tile roof. Colton was very responsive and answered all of my questions before we signed the contract. They also had the most competitive pricing which made the decision easy for us.

Jaime and his crew worked quickly, removing all of the old underlayment and carefully stacking the tiles for reuse. They were very communicative throughout the process and alerted me to some wood that was rotted and needed to be replaced. Luckily there wasn't much of it. They installed new class A fire rated underlayment and replaced our dormer vents with new fire resistant low profile vents. Essential upgrades in high fire severity zones.

It took about 4 days for them to complete the entire job. A few days later I noticed one or two small items that weren't to my satisfaction. After contacting Build Brothers, Jaime was out the next morning with a smile and fixed things to my satisfaction.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Build Brothers. They'll be the first people I call should be need arise in the future.

Build Brothers did an outstanding job with the new roof at our new home in Clairemont! From the start, Kenny was very communicative and explained everything in detail. He pointed out issues with the existing solar panel installation and gave advice for when I would have to deal with the installer, and he was spot on with the issues. Kenny visited multiple times throughout the process to ensure work was performed up to his standards. Sergio and his crew were the ones doing the actual work for the new roof, and they were awesome as well. Sergio was also very willing to talk and explain things. He came back to the home after the installation was complete, when there was a miscommunication between his roofers and my plumbers, and within an hour or two he corrected the issue related to a vent that had been accidentally closed up. He had plenty of guys in his crew, so they were able to complete everything from start to finish in about 4 days. This included a new roof on the main home, on the attached patio, and also on a separate detached patio. Overall, I'm a really happy customer and would gladly recommend Build Brothers, and specifically Kenny and Sergio.

My parents recently purchased a full solar system with the Tesla battery and the process couldn’t have been more smooth. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. The roofing work that the job required was well installed. We were very pleased with the job.

We did experience a couple of small glitches such as receiving a plug installation for the charger when we had paid for it to be hardwired for safety reasons, and the team initially bringing a regular charger instead of the universal one we purchased. Given how many customers they are trying to help before the tax rebate ends, we understood how these hiccups could happen. What mattered most is that they handled both issues quickly and with no hassle.
