If you've ever had water or mold damage in your home, it sucks. Its stressful and that portion of your home will be out of commission for a while. In my case, I had to displace some tenants in their rental. Meghan came through and put my mind and the tenants mind at ease before the work started. She was straight with us on what damage there was and gave me an accurate range of what it would cost. (It ended up coming in on the low end). Their crew did a great job on a short timeline in this tense situation we have going with Covid. Took all sanitary precautions and great communication throughout. She also lined up the reconstruction to come in and complete the job right after they were done. Highly recommend Meghan and Andrew. Will probably have to use them again down the road.

Crew was amazing , everything was done great . There was a young man I believe his name was Marco who was very attentive and definitely a hard working man !

As a first time home owner and renter, I was seriously stressed when my tenant informed me of a leaking faucet and water damage. Nobody wants to find themselves in this situation, but if you do, ServPro is the best for this daunting task. I'm so happy they came to the rescue. ServPro made the process quick, as painless as possible, and their costs are super reasonable. I am extremely thankful to Andrew and Meghan, the owners, for being so responsive all the time throughout this process. It's hard to trust a company you don't know yet but I am glad I took the risk with ServPro- they did not disappoint! We had water damage in our place and had to pack out everything. Esperanza and crew (Leo, Yanik, and Emily) were very professional and helpful. They helped us pack up all our stuff and store them for three months. When we moved back into our place they helped bring everything back and unpack. This crew was professional and friendly. My family is so very grateful for their help!

Servpro Point Loma did our pack out for some whole house repairs. They were very professional and responsive. When you have to deal with the stress of a whole house repair, it definitely helps to have a professional team on your side.

I had an awesome experience with ServPro Point Loma. The company came out quickly and provided with me with a scope of work and a rough idea of what needed to happen to correct the work. They were friendly and easy to work with. We had the A team on site; Niko, Marco, Eduardo, and Andres.

We had just finished repainting the walls and ceiling in our small commercial building and the contractor was there refinishing the floors. That's when the roofers put out the fire they started on the roof with water that leaked down through the ceiling and walls onto the floor. SERVPRO of Point Loma took care of it. Meghan and all the guys on her team did a great job. They called in advance of arrival, showed up on time, explained the work performed and took care to ensure that they did not damage the newly finished walls, ceiling and floors that had not been affected by the smoke and water leaks. I hope I never need that kind of help again, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you, SERVPRO.

Joe and Jermie did a wonderful job fixing the house that got flooded. They are very professional and thoughtful. They cared about the space, personal belongings and showed respect and kindness. They did great on putting a dry wall and painting! Very grateful for their professionalism and skills!

I'm not 100% sure it was the point loma division of Servpro that came to my house in LaMesa. What I can say is that their project lead Benny that came, did not explain well at all the steps for mitigation and restoration. He completely grossly missed large portions of my home that were water damaged and refused to remove them. He also left many portions of even drywall that were totally crumbled and rotten. I rehired Same Day Restoration and their lead immediately identified all the same questionable areas the other company missed. Beyond happy with Same Day. Will not hire Servpro again.

Working with Servepro Point Loma was a great experience! We had a bathtub leak and some mold in the wall as a result. We spoke with Meghan and she was there quickly to help us out. Meghan and her team were friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helped make the entire process easy. They took care of the mold and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe for our kiddos. Highly recommended! 👍

I have nothing but good things to say about Servpro of Point Loma. As a new homeowner I was not prepared to deal with such event. Benjamin Dorado was absolutely amazing. From the minute he got to my house I knew I was in good hands. Not only did he take care of all the water damage, he also helped me every step of the way with the remediation.

We hired Servpro of Point Loma to move furniture so that we could install new carpeting in our condo. Especially difficult was a loft which was accessible only via a spiral staircase and which had bookcases and a heavy sofa bed. They were able to get everything out and back without any damage. The team was professional, courteous and friendly. They were also very safe throughout their stay. Our compliments to Megan and her team for a job well done!

SERVPRO of Point Loma was efficient and thorough when my upstairs washer leaked and flooded our laundry room; resulting in some major damage. They came right in and got to work and cleaned up after the job was done. I’m highly satisfied with their professionalism and promptness. Joe and his team did an awesome job with the work they did at our place. We had water damage from an upstairs condo unit in the laundry room that we did not know it was going on till it was too late. Joe and his Serve Pro Team of Point Loma came in and had to rebuild walls, frames, borders, paint in our bedroom, whole laundry room and small part of living room. I have to say it looks like it never happened and even looks better then before. We are very satisfied and also Joe's personality goes a long way. He was always checking in and communicated on arrivals, ETA's and made the process seamless. Thank you Joe for making this feel non stressful and finishing when you said you would be done.

I was referred to Servpro by AAA after hour service after having to have filed a claim for flood at my home. They were able to come out within an hour and a half to dry out the whole place and then within just a few days they moved all the furniture into a pod and did all the dryout and demo, leaving everything ready for my contractor to come in and work. They were quick and professional. I wish I could remember all of their names because they were all amazing but I can only recall Alex being there at 11pm working hard since day one. Noe was my point of contact from there on out and kept me informed in what was going on. Keep up the good work!

I’ve worked with Servpro Point Loma personally for roughly 2 years but the company I work for has been using them for many years before I came onboard. My Servpro project manager, Benny, and lead technician, Josh, are AMAZING! The office staff (Lisa,Wendy,Noe) is wonderful and always a pleasure to work with. This team is always prompt in their communication, scheduling, reports, and invoicing. I couldn’t ask for a better team to help service our 80 buildings! I hope to keep our partnership for many years to come.

The Eton fire spared my house making me one of the lucky ones… That said we did suffer substantial smoke damage that frankly I thought would be impossible to remediate.

I will be eternally grateful to SERVPRO Point Loma for saving the day! Esperanza was my project manager and was very attentive in spite of the fact that she had dozens of projects in the Altadena area after the fire.

Flo was in charge of cleaning my house, and boy did they clean! Flo and her team, Emily, Marcus and Cristian Wiped down every nook and cranny the house… They were so thorough that it took them between four and five hours to do any given room.

Simultaneously They ran multiple air scrubbers and hydroxyl machines Throughout the house to capture the smoke particles.

I can honestly say that after eight days of cleaning, my house has never been this spotless And this is coming from someone who considers himself a clean freak!

Point Loma is a long way from Altadena, But I’m really glad they made the trip…. Thanks again, Servepro Point Loma, You guys are the best!
