We live right near the Eaton Fire and had around 10 homes burn right behind our property. Servpro Point Loma team members Emily, Julian, Marcos, Flo, and Christian did an amazing job cleaning the ash and soot and dirt from every square inch of our home and garage. It has been a devastating time but Emily and her team were so considerate, detail-oriented, kind, and thorough in their cleaning. I feel so much better about living in our home and I am so grateful for them.

I have been working with Benny and his team at ServPro Point Loma for three months while my condo was repaired following a slab leak. I cannot thank the entire team enough for all the hard work they put in for me. From the initial inspection to the follow ups, the customer service and care they all showed me was truly uplifting and reassuring. Wanted to give a shout to Flo and her crew - Emily, Marcos, Yanik, Rene! They came into my house and worked fast, professional and had a very productive and friendly vibe. After a pipe busted in my house I have had to deal with so many people and this crew is by far the best group that has entered my home. They care about the situation and the person that they are helping. They are very professional as well.I had the best experience dealing with them. I am so thankful for them!

We live in a downtown condominium & experienced a water leak from two floors above us. The leak damage was in our laundry room, pantry, hallway and master bathroom. Our insurance company (Farmers) recommended we use ServPro for the repair and we wish we would have used them for the mitigation also.
ServPro in Point Loma was so easy to deal with. Hats off to Hector the estimator, Joe the project manager and Louise and his work force in doing the repair work. They accomplished the repair work in one week! They were polite, professional and left our place in better shape than before.

Im so happy with these guy they were amazing! Got to the house within an hour. Worked with our insurance company and dried everything within a few days and everyone was so helpful and polite. Hopefully I never need them but if I do, I know who to call.

Hector Tello of Servpro of Point Loma came to my house to provide an inspection of my crawlspace and basement for mold and water seepage. He and his team did a thorough inspection, while being professional, friendly, and patiently answering all my questions. Servpro is fortunate to have individuals such as Hector representing the company.

This is my second time using ServPro Point Loma. The first time around Benny and his team were super accommodating having a special needs daughter. From pack up, drying, tearing walls and flooring out, to unpacking everything was done in a timely manner and with care. Today Benny called me and had Hector out here in about an hour! Hector was courteous, fast and efficient. I hope I never need water restoration again but if I do I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs their services!

Servpro of point Loma took care of my Flood Mitigation in my condo in a very rapid and efficient way and all covered by the insurance.. Ernesto provided competent friendly and timely service. They put my mind at ease. Rene and Jonathan did the drywall cut out and clean up very quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to work with..Benny supervised his crews and came to make sure everything was going well and assured me of the insurance coverage. They found water buildup in the wall behind one of the sinks in my master. No questions asked, they setup a dehumidifier to help fix any potential problems and said they are in the building all the time, so it's no trouble. What an amazing company and team. Kevin from 365 Cleaning is without question the best and most transparent person I have encountered when I have needed carpet cleaning.
