Kevin was referred to us by our realtor when selling our home. The service was horrible and they never finished what was represented to be done. I did much of the cleaning Myself. Kevin refused to give me a price before he started and it was urgent as we were getting ready to list the home. All together he charged more than $3000. When I questioned the bill he threatened to contact the buyer of the house and to have his attorney file a mechanics lien to put a lien on our house and stop our home sale. Then he threatened to contact a reporter from the LA Times who he indicated would write a story about what a dirty person I am living in filth. He bragged about his perfect record working with his lawyer filing lawsuits. The matter wasn't resolved until our realtor offered to make up the difference, embarrassed that he had recommended this company. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Kevin and his team did some water damage clean up at my rental property. His pricing was lower than anyone and his work was incredible. He also was so kind as to navigate the conversations and work with my renter which was a godsend for me since I live out of town. Such honesty and transparency is so hard to find in this world and Kevin has all that and more! Thank you to him and Leo!!

We have been working with 365 for a couple of years now. Kevin and Leif are great guys who really do care for their customers. In a time when you can’t blindly trust companies and hope to work with good, honest people, 365 is just that. To hear Kevin say that they want to make sure they help their customers because they are good people and they care is the old school type of honest contractors everyone wants. Chris was recommended to me by a family member of his. I had a one bedroom apt and was moving out. He was professional and on time. We chatted a bit about what I was doing after he finished the the carpet and it turns out he was able to save me a call to AAA. He went above and beyond to fix my carseat. Took him 5 mins but saved me hours of frustration. Wonderful guy! His family should be proud.

After the 2nd heavy rain storm, in just a couple weeks, water found it's way into our house and saturated our Laminate plank flooring and wall baseboards. I found Chris through an internet search for water damage/flood repair. Chris was very responsive and contacted me quickly through email. I called him and he came out to my house a half hour later (after 5pm on a Holiday). He assessed the damage, gave me a clear explanation of what he intended to do to repair the water damage and quoted me for the work. It was all very reasonable, so we accepted and he immediately set up a fan and de-humidifier that same evening, to get the drying process started that night. He then came back the next morning to lift up the floor and open up the lower part of the wall to ensure proper dying and mold prevention. After everything was dried up, his associates did an excellent job repairing our floors back to their pre-flood condition (probably better than before). Chris was very easy to work with and he has years of experience in this field. He came across as trust worthy and took care of the problem at hand which I appreciated. Chris laid out a common sense approach, without upselling or pressure to perform services that seemed unnecessary. He was able to answer all questions clear and concise. If we ever do have another flood or water damage situation, Chris will be my first call!

We cannot give Sanchez Marine Flooring a stronger recommendation! We called on them to replace the carpet in our 1997 67' Ocean Alexander and we could not be more thrilled with the result!! From the initial meeting, to shipping carpet samples to our home, to scheduling, and finally the install...Jessica and Joe provided the highest level of service! This is a family run business and the pride they take in their work is felt from start to finish. They are reasonable and care about the details. Our job was not a simple job...4 rooms full of built ins, accommodations for in floor hatches, stairs that turn and many nooks and crannies...and the quality of the result is really incredible!! Best money we've spent on our upgrades and we would recommend Sanchez Marine Flooring to anyone!!

An amazing family run business! WOW, do they do great work. Joe, Jessica and team helped us pick out a marine vinyl that looked great in our 2016 Meridian 441. They did removable flooring in the galley and the flying bridge. They did an amazing job fitting all the hatches and flooring permanently in the salon, hallways, and the Cabins. No more white carpet! Look no further if you are in the market for marine flooring!

To keep a long-winded story brief, we have had some bad luck in the past 18 months with our kitchen and water damage. Our kitchen was first damaged from a water leak from a supply line burst. We followed our insurance agent’s recommendation in the selection of a flood damage mitigation and restoration contractor. That was a rookie mistake on our part. This ‘approved vendor’ was not thorough in assessing the true scope of damage that was done and was a complete doormat to the adjuster’s absurdly low-ball counterproposals to the scope of work. This contractor was clearly working exclusively for the insurance company’s best interests in mind; a total numbers game. At the end of the day, and countless hours of exhausting negotiating, we were able to complete the kitchen restoration. Unfortunately, our bad luck with the kitchen doesn’t end here.
Six months later, our newly installed dishwasher had a slow leak from the water supply line due to a poor installation (will spare you the long story) and brought us back to square-one: a damaged subfloor and mold infestation within the entire kitchen’s foundation.
After doing are own research we decided to hire Carini Cleaning and Restoration for the water damage mitigation. The owner Louie was the light in the dark room during all this chaos. Louie and his team were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all our needs in guiding us through the convoluted process of insurance claims, and extremely thorough in his assessment and the workmanship involved in the mitigation of the damage. His team left no stone unturned and was meticulous when it came to remove all damaged materials and removing the mold that formed. They also made efforts to keep our home clean and were systematic in their approach with the copious demolition work involved, in addition to the temporary barriers that were made between livable and non-livable areas to protect my pregnant wife from mold inhalation.
Above everything else, Carini Clean worked in OUR best interest and not the insurance company. He graciously went to bat for us, and was relentless in negotiating with the insurance company. This is what you want when you are dealing with property loss. I highly recommend Louie and his team in the event you are faced with the harsh reality of large-scale damage to your home.

Yesterday, Attic Heroes came to do the insulation at my house of 840 sq ft. The whole work went very smoothly, arrived on time, finished on time. They properly protected the house and cleaned everything up afterwards and were very diligent during the whole day. The quote was excellent compared to all other companies.

They cleaned the attic, installed rodent proofing and blew in insulation. All and all, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them. 5 stars well deserved. I will again contract them for another work.

Fidel and his crew did an amazing job. They were great to work with, from the beginning through the end of the project. They responded quickly to provide a price quote, and went up into the attic with me to explain all the steps they would take. They were fast with a price quote and were quick to schedule the actual work. Their pricing and quality were both excellent, which is really rare. I have no complaints at all about them. They did a great job!

Attic Heros did an amazing job cleaning out my attic and rodent proofing it. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I called Fidel for an estimate on Friday and he was able to get his crew over to my house to complete the job that following Monday. I will definitely be hiring them to come back and insulate my attic in the near future.

Needed to update my attic to a modern standard of insulation and went shopping on yelp for the best business in my area. Attic Heroes showed up with the best pricing and the best guidance for DIY improvements. The gentleman that I initially met, Matthew, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. His team was able to come out 3 days later to do the work.

Came out to take a look at the job and provide an estimate. We decided to move forward and scheduled a date and time for the job. The job went as smoothly as possible - came when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and did outstanding work, which included above and beyond prep work.
