Precision Painting Plus contacted me and carefully evaluated what was required, confirming the details to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Soon after they gave me a date for the painting job to be completed. They turned up on time, covered all the furniture and floors before painting a very high ceiling. They also painted the downstairs bathroom just as I wanted it. Throughout there was no mess and all the furniture put back in place.They were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout and I would highly recommend them. I will certainly be inviting them back for my next painting job.

Andres and his crew were extremely professional, efficient and friendly from first contact. The estimate was competitive and they were able to begin and complete the job in a very timely manner - including impeccable clean up! Truly a seamless experience from beginning to end. I reached out to Precision Painting Plus for an interior and exterior quote for the new home we had just purchased. Within a day, Andres came out and provided a very fair quote and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. After my positive interaction with him, I knew he and PPP were the right fit for the job. We had some contractor renovation delays, which pushed the paint project back a little later than expected—but Andres and his team were accommodating, patient and understanding. Communication was thorough throughout the entire project, from the initial quote all the way through to the final walkthrough. Once the project got started, they moved at lightening speed. The main painter, Luis, was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our results and even helped us paint over some mistakes our own contractors made in an area out of the project scope. Their whole team worked hard and were very kind. There was a mishap with our exterior color from the paint store, and the team got it corrected immediately, and they came back for touch ups to ensure we were satisfied with the final product - inside, exterior, & all home doors look absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend PPP enough for anyone who wants a quality paint job from an awesome company! Their hard work and dedication shows, and we will definitely be using them again for future painting needs!

Precision Painting went above and beyond on our home project!! Painted interior walls in our home and Andres and his crew were all very professional, efficient, had great communication and went above and beyond every step of the way!! Kate in Accounting was also very helpful in explaining the paint colors & different textures. Very easy going and she made the process seamless. My wife contacted Precision Paint and had an appointment the next day with Andres. I met with him and he understood exactly what I needed for an exterior paint job, we were on the same page right out the gate! Keep in mind that this was scheduled over the Xmas/New Year holiday. They were in and out in two days and did an amazing job. Started right after Xmas and done before new years!
They also did stucco repair and it is perfect. Andres warned me in advance that the paint over the stucco might not match perfectly but it matches better then perfect, Was glad he warned me because after it was done I was thrilled that it came out much better then he said.

We were looking for a painting service to paint an exterior security door and a small section of soffit. Evan was tremendous help! PPP provided quality service at an affordable price. The laborers were on time and did excellent work. They painted it with two coats of high quality paint and the paint coverage was satisfactory, I would recommend them & would use them again for future paint projects.

I reached out to PPP for an exterior paint job. Andres was easy to reach, came to the project site to check in with me and went over the project once completed. There was a great and thorough amount of prep work including power washing, scraping the chipped paint from window frames and sealing cracks and corners with caulking. Miguel and Humberto, who completed the painting were friendly and respectful of my time and space. Kate from the office was helpful and patient with color selection. The one critique I'd have is in the final detail work- quite a few things needed to be retouched, which Miguel and Humberto gladly addressed and fixed. However I noticed a few things needed once they'd left but that was probably partially my fault in letting them go; I just felt bad as they'd been working all day and were visibly and understandably tired. I would use this service again and recommend to my friends, family, and neighbors.

I had a leak in early March which required most of the drywall on 1 wall and 2/3rds of ceiling in my living/dining area to be removed. After the rip out was completed my insurance company put me in touch with a construction company to do the restoration. That company was not timely with communication and seemed to be dragging their feet to even start the project. After about a month of waiting around for them I began looking at other contractors and came across Precision Painting Plus (PP+).

From start to finish, my experience with PP+ was nothing short of exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and professional construction partner that offers very reasonable pricing.

From my initial contact with Evan, it was clear that PP+ operates with the highest level of professionalism. Louise (Project Manager) was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining how the job will be completed, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns throughout the entire project. The daily communication with him reduced any stress associated with such a large undertaking.

The craftsmanship demonstrated by the entire team at PP+ is truly impressive. The job was a wave of 3 teams, first the drywall crew that replaced the insulation and then the drywall. I was impressed that this was completed in 1 day because I have high ceilings (22ft) and it is also at a slant. The team was fun to watch as they worked well together and appeared to really enjoy their work. The next team was taping and texture, this process took about 2 days and the texture match is spot on with the existing walls! After a few days of dry out came the painters. They went over colors again with me to make sure they had it right for trim, walls, ceiling and beam. They clearly take immense pride in their work, and it shows in beautiful outcome.

I was particularly impressed with how efficiently PP+ managed the project without compromising on quality. They adhered remarkably well to the agreed-upon timeline and budget. There were no unexpected delays or hidden costs, which is a testament to their meticulous planning and effective project management. It was a relief to have a team that respected my time and financial commitments.

As with any construction project, minor unforeseen issues can arise, but what sets PP+ apart from past experiences is their ability to address these challenges quickly and effectively. When
these issues arose the team approached it with a positive attitude and presented practical solutions, keeping the project moving forward smoothly.

I had a leak in my ceiling. I had ripped out the drywall, and needed someone relatively quickly after the leak was repaired to repair the ceiling.

Andres and his team provided me a fair quote, kept impeccable communication, and the work they did was amazing.

They spent a lot of time prepping to make sure there was minimal to no mess. When the work was done, they left my home clean, and the work was beautiful.

His team was always on time as well.

They repaired the drywall, textured and painted the ceiling. One stop shop.

They will be our go to team for future drywall and paint work.
