My first time working with then. Wired Low Voltage was easy to schedule with and were prompt as to being there when they said they would...seems like a no brainer, but is not always the case with vendors. They took on the wiring for an intercom system for us at a vintage property built in 1895. When they got to a point that needed another trade to step in they made a recommendation that got us to the finish line. Thank you!

We needed a newer, better quality, security system installed at our tennis club. We called several companies, received multiple quotes and had several techs come do a site inspection. We decided to go with WIRED AV because of their awesome customer service. Pablo, came out twice: once to quote us and then again to clarify our needs because I forgot some details the first time. He was receptive, responsive, and professional. We asked for multiple quotes and he was always quick to provide a detailed response. He made sure we understood everything and then gave recommendations for a better set up that was more efficient and also more cost effective.

Our building has limitations on where we can install the cameras so we needed to install extra equipment, poles and cabling to get a decent view. Pablo and Fabian came during the heavy rains and spent all day in horrible weather installing this new system for us. Our Director loves the new set up and is so excited to clearly monitor every court from her phone and computer now (also set up by them). Everything turned out better than we expected.

Once installed, Pablo put the apps on all of our systems, taught us how to use it and they left our offices cleaner than when they arrived. A+++ for service. We love our new system and are confident that if we need anything else, the customer service will still be amazing. Thank you Wired AV. We made the right choice. Highly recommended :)

*Update… The heavy rains in February came and knocked out our internet so one of our cameras stopped working for a bit. Fabian came out a couple weeks later to recheck everything. He was super professional, explained why we had a disconnect, did some tweaking on the camera set up and made sure we understood how to check it ourselves next time. WIRED AV is so responsive and continues to have amazing customer service. So happy we chose them :)

Reached out via Yelp. Fast response for setting up date/time. Fabian was our installer. He was late for the set time but very apologetic. After mounting our TV, he took the time to go thru the input set up. Would recommend them to our friends/family

Everything from scheduling to completion was great. Friendly and professional when I called to ask questions and then schedule. Updated on each step and sent a photo of tech before arrival. Tech’s were professional and really helpful. Job was not easy and they were great at solutions to issues my equipment had with connections as it was older. Really went out of their way to make sure everything was done and were respectful of everything, included complete clean up. Prices were significantly more reasonable than competitors and worth every cent.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Will not use anyone else.

Excellent experience with Fabian from Wired Low Voltage. They gave me a service time range of only a half hour which is unusual. He was polite and efficient with mounting and setting up our new TV and the cost was very reasonable. Plan to use them again!

I need an additional ethernet port in an upstairs bedroom to hardwire a second wifi router in a different part of my house. Wired Low Voltage was able to provide a quote over the phone and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Antonio was fanastic, on time, and polite. Fabian did an excellent job running a CAT6a line, and when the attic didn’t have the space needed for the original plan, he quickly came up with a creative solution that actually worked out even better - allowing us to centralize the modem for improved WiFi coverage. Pablo and Emilio were outstanding. They wired our entire house for Ethernet and WiFi as well as installed our outdoor speaker system as well as indoor entertainment system. Pablo came and gave us an estimate and gave a detailed estimate of all the work needed to be done. Anytime something didn’t work, they would come out and fix it. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Professional job. Upgraded my home and small business office which were both suffering from the degradation of Google Nest WiFi (new versions bought in 2025). They recommended and installed wiring, new access points, gateway, and switches. I just received big thanks from my employees suffering from the google wifi drops.

Pablo did great work! Dealt with several barriers with being able to install the Ethernet lines due to home construction and found solutions each time. Nice guy to work with. Professional. Extremely satisfied with the work.

I hired WiredSD to run Ethernet cables and install security cameras at my house. Pablo came out to do the quote and described it as a simple 2-day, 2-man job. In reality, the project dragged on for 5 days. After Day 1, Pablo (who seemed to be the lead or senior tech) stopped showing up, leaving Emilio to handle almost everything on his own. I really want to give Emilio credit—he stuck it out, worked hard, and managed to get most of the job done solo, all while keeping a positive attitude.

The rest of the experience was pretty disappointing. On Day 4, even though the job wasn’t finished, Pablo was already pushing for payment. He finally returned on Day 5 (only after I insisted), and had to rerun some cables that didn’t test correctly.

Later, when I went up to my attic to swap my furnace, I found the cables hadn’t been tidied and were draped over the attic hatch. I emailed WiredSD to have this fixed, and Pablo said he’d come back but kept rescheduling. Eventually, he sent out another tech who wasn’t familiar with the original work, so he had to send Pablo photos. Pablo then claimed these were “builder cables,” even though the color clearly didn’t match. In the end, the tech just quickly zip-tied the cables “as a courtesy,” but they’re still run right over the attic hatch.

I’m now worried these cables could easily get snagged or damaged in the future, and that I’ll be out of luck after the one-year warranty. Overall, the lack of ownership and follow-through from Pablo was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend WiredSD based on this experience—though I do want to specifically recognize Emilio for his hard work and professionalism in tough circumstances.

Once again, Pablo and his crew! I needed more memory on my camera receiver and not only did he give me a great deal, he was prompt. Fabian came over and replaced the old for the new. Fabian is so sweet, I really like him. He also hooked me up with some cool Brazilian funky music. Nice, professional and knowledgeable people. I recommend 100%
