I contacted Derek to install the electrical for my Google home. Derek was very professional, easy to work with, easy to schedule, provided great communication, and was easy to contact via phone and text. His team was just as amazing as he was. They provided an amazing service with professional and experienced suggestions. I came in with an idea and they helped me fill in the blanks as they identified pitfalls and solutions to the issues I had. The amazing work and attention to detail was greatly appreciated as they wore masks and booties at the height of the pandemic and still provided great customer service as they gave me a 30 minute warning prior to arrival as I asked. The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service). I could not ask for a better company and group of people.

Overall, if you want amazing work, attention to detail, efficient and smart electrical advice, great customer service, and reliable service then I would recommend Derek and his team. I am looking forward to their help with electrical improvements and fixes in the future.

Customers beware. I hired this company to install a completely new electrical system in La Jolla as part of a down to the studs remodel. The system began experiencing serious and ongoing failures immediately. Breakers trip constantly, recessed lights flicker on and off, and there is a noticeable delay in power throughout the house when switches are turned on. The quality of the workmanship and finishes was extremely poor.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the contractor to correct these dangerous issues, he has failed to respond.

The owner Derek, has publicly denied ever working for us, which is demonstrably false. See copy of an invoice below (with our personal information redacted). This attempt to evade responsibility reflects the ethics and accountability of the company.

There is much more I could share about the substandard work performed by his employees, which would further illustrate the poor quality and professionalism but I will leave it at that.

I strongly caution anyone considering hiring this company. These issues are not only frustrating but potentially hazardous.

They are more than an electrical and low voltage contractor, they manage projects, work directly with on site staff and solve problems, before they become problems. Their work is absolute quality and they show up when they say they will, they do the work they agreed to do, and they go above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend them enough.

I needed someone to go move two electrical outlets from the front of an island to the back side. Scott took my call, was extremely patient and informative.
Jeremy was dispatched, showed up at the scheduled time and impressed our customer.
