Empire Electrical is an amazing company. FYI, Low-Key's review references a warehouse manager who has not been with the company in over 8 years! And based on a rumor? The current warehouse manager, Leo, is awesome!

My wife had suggested we use Empire Electrical Supply to assemble and hang a chandelier in our living room with a 19 foot ceiling. The owner showed up with one of his employees. They were very knowledgeable, very straightforward with pricing, and did an outstanding job with the installation and cleanup. We will definitely be calling them back for more work in the future.

I had been putting off my Electrical Panel Upgrade for months because I was worried about all the moving parts needed to get it done. I am so glad I called Mike at Service Pro. He and Jeff made everything a breeze and was done within hours. The project was very well run and seamless from start to finish. Electronic quotes, approval system, updates, everything was great! I highly recommend Service Pro, I will definitely be contacting them again to sort through the rest of the electrical gremlins at my house. Definitely recommend calling or texting Mike!

We had Service Pro install a subpanel and an EV Charger in our garage and they did an amazing job. Mike responded quickly, got us a quote right away, and had a very competitive rate. All in all it took a week from first contact to completion. Jefferey, our installer, was amazing. Got the job done very quickly and everything was done very cleanly. We could not be happier with the results.

We needed another outlet installed outside the house because we had one too many extension cords and it was starting to make us a bit nervous.
Jeff not only installed the new outlet beautifully (looks great and as if it was always there), but also replaced another outlet of ours because he noticed it was old and had signs of heat damage. He didn't charge us for this replacement. Jeff was highly communicative, thorough, detail-oriented, and pleasant. He went above and beyond and we will certainly call him up for any future electrical needs.

Great experience dealing with this company from start to finish. I requested a quote and was given one promptly. After accepting the quote, I scheduled the service. The crew that came was very polite and professional. They showed me their plan, and came to me when there were minor road blocks. They communicated effectively throughout. I think I found my permanent go to electrical company. The job was done well, on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Can’t ask for much more.

I selected Service Pro Electrical after meeting with Mike. He was professional, and understood what I was looking for. First part of the job is completed, perfectly I might add. Mike and his team were fantastic to work with on a variety of electrical issues we encountered recently. We had him help with an electrical panel upgrade, and his seamless communication and timely updates were always appreciated, especially considering the liaising that was necessary with the City of San Diego for all the moving parts. We also relied on Mike's team to fix living room lights, under counter lights in our kitchen, hanging a vintage swag lamp, and troubleshooting outdoor sconces and a glitchy ceiling fan/light. The guys were extremely professional and polite, provided easy to understand explanations for the work, came right on time, and finished ahead of schedule. His pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the work is outstanding. We loved working with Mike and his team, and you will, too!

Update 2/2026: Mike and his team have done it again! We hired the guys for a project to put up string lights and an outdoor outlet when we got our backyard redone, and their work was as outstanding as ever - they’re our electricians for life

They were excellent from start to finish and did an outstanding job! I really appreciated how informative and communicative they were throughout the entire process. Everything turned out beautifully — especially the precision of their cuts, which made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend them and would gladly use their services again!

We have used them a few times now and the experience has been good. They installed a new electrical box upgrade for our house and ran wire/conduit for a few outlets (indoor and outdoor). They have been friendly, explain everything, and answer my silly technical questions. They are quick to work to resolve any issues that may arise.

Their prices are much better than other electricians that we have used or gotten quotes from. To give you an idea, the electrical box install was quoted $1k less than some others in the area. Quality work at a good price is hard to come by. We highly recommend them if you need an electrician!

They did a 200A panel upgrade, installed an EV wall charger, multiple new outlets throughout the house including bigguns for an electric dryer and water heater. Setting the appointment was easy. The techs were really nice and professional. Communication was stellar.

Jeff installed an outlet for a bidet in our master bathroom. He communicated clearly, made a game plan with us, and discussed next steps and options at important junctures during the installation. He listened to our concerns and desires for outlet placement and adjusted it as requested, which resulted in an excellent job well done and with no drywall needing to be repaired. Jeff also treated our home respectfully and cleaned up the area after he completed the outlet installation. Jeff then walked through the house with me to discuss additional electrical projects we’re interested in doing. I have nothing but great things to say about the work performed by Jeff and definitely recommend Service Pro Electrical as the owner, Mike, was responsive and thorough, too, in discussing this project, preparing an estimate, scheduling the work to take place on the same day as our plumber installed the toilet, and his communication was clear. Pricing also is fair for the work. Thank you!

Service Pro installed the socket for our EV charger. They did a great job in communicating and keeping me updated on my appointment. Jeff was great to work with. Even came a bit earlier than the scheduled time which is always nice. He was professional, easy to talk to, and helpful in explaining options and what he was doing. I’d recommend SPE to anyone.

Mike was great. I was having difficulty with an electrical issue. He was able to take care of it within an hour.

We finally got around to replacing our electrical panel circuit box for our home which is more than 50 years old. We got bids from 3 different companies in San Diego County. Service Pro Electrical was the best priced, the easiest to communicate with, and the most personable of the three. Michael Martin (the owner) walked us through the entire process and was especially helpful with coordinating all aspects of the project with SDG&E. The new panel was installed successfully and in a timely manner. Michael Martin and Michael Bril did the installation. I always appreciate being able to interact with the owner of the company that we hire as well as to have the owner involved in the actual physical labor part of the project. The new panel has performed flawlessly. I highly recommend Service Pro Electrical.
