The technician came on time and had a replacement fixture for my bathroom light above the mirror. I was able to keep the original light globe from 1941. It fit the new fixture. Great job Michael Bril from Service Pro!!

My husband and I are super pleased with the electrical panel replacement Service Pro Electrical performed at our home! It was definitely a process, as it requires coordination with SDG&E and the City of San Diego, but thanks to Mike, the owner of the company, things went smoothly and efficiently. We were especially impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Mike, from initial contact to the last day, when stucco work was done. We also appreciated that workers arrived on time, were polite, and respected our property. So Service Pro Electrical will be our choice for any electrical projects in the future!

Hired Service Pro Electrical to do a whole house electrical inspection. They were very thorough, locating all of the issues which were small and large on the continum of concerns. They were patient with my questions and clear with their explanations. A week earlier I had hired a general inspector who told me that the house had no ground wires. Jeff and Brock (with Service Pro) found the ground wires, which put that concern to rest.

I called and Service Pro Electrical was able to come by on the same day. I was actually very surprised to be able to talk to someone when I called! Mike sent a team who diagnosed, explained the issue, and fixed the problem quickly. They were extremely professional and clean. It wasn’t a big job so I really appreciated that they were willing to come out for this, and I felt the cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

We’ve used Service Pro Electrical twice in the past month - once to install Tesla charger and another time to assess why one room in the house kept losing power.

Awesome group of electricians. Not only very fairly priced, but they did an awesome job and were extremely quick. Had a bunch of projects (ceiling fans, outside lighting, outlet replacement and bathroom exhaust fans). They brought in a team of 3, knocked it all out, and were done before I knew it!! Everything is working great now.

We had Service Pro Electrical install our ChargePoint Home Flex hardwired EV charger. Other electricians told us that adding a subpanel or getting a 240V plug in an inconvenient area with lower amps than the hardwired charger would be our only options. Michael M. came to look at our panel and said they could rewire our panel and install the hardwired charger without having to add a subpanel. He said they could install the charger in the preferred area of our driveway. They were also much more reasonably priced than other electricians we got quotes from. They were able to do the work a week later, they were punctual, did great work, and cleaned up after the work was done. They were also kind enough to install a lockbox over the charger we had bought. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend them.

Spoke to Michael over the phone he quoted me $849 for an installation other companies had quoted less but I liked their reviews. He gave me a new customer discount and told me if I agreed to the service he would lower it to $750 when the work was completed I told the tech I was paying cash and he refused to honor the verbal agreement. In a court of law a verbal agreement serves as a contract. This contact was breached by Michael and his team. If a problem now arises electrically it will become a lawsuit on the companies end. Instead of prioritizing customer longevity and service he chose to create an issue over a few bucks. The tech let me know he would send me an invoice but (other) Michael demanded the payment in addition to the $750+ I gave him in cash. Luckily the tech that came out had some common decency to read the situation. Michael the manager the one you’ll speak to when you call is an aggressive guy. It’s truly a shameful way to operate. I’m sure there will be a response to this review at some point so I will edit to respond.

Service Pro Electrical (Michael M. and his team) did very good job replacing our outdated main circuit breakers panel. Michael M. explained in very clear terms our options including upgrading new panel for future solar and EV needs, provided reasonable estimates, explained how to reduce a wait time for city permit, schedule SDGE team arrival before starting the job which was finished in one day including masonry work and stucco painting. The team also identified identified few additional issues which were fixed. We were without power only for a few hours! Nobody is perfect, even Service Pro Electrical:) But they could become perfect if they cover pavers in job site especially if it includes masonry/stucco work. Thank you Michael M. and his team!

Worked with owner, Mike, to come up with the right plan of attack (turned out that we did NOT need a subpanel!) on my Chargepoint EV Charger install. He worked with us to make it fit our budget, and rolled with the punches when we had a scheduling snafu. Electricians Jeff and Mike (different Mike) arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly, adjusted easily to minor changes in our install location, and confirmed that everything was operational. Mike and his team did an outstanding job installing 12 recessed lights in my townhome. From our very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Communication was clear, and they were always informative and helpful every step of the way.
