Massella Electric did an absolutely outstanding job. There were some interesting complications which they were able to maneuver through very effectively everything they did was done with precision and care and quality. I highly recommend them.

We had our kitchen remodeled and all the light switches and outlets had to be moved. Aaron was very professional and did a great job. I had him come again for an AC wiring problem which he handled as a true professional.

When my condo HOA decided to replace all of our exterior lighting I looked to my realtor Jonathan Olow for a recommendation. Aaron came and gave us a competitive quote and when he and James came to do the work they were right on time and were able to diagnosis a light sensor issue that several folks never could over the last 10 years. Initially, I contacted Massella Electric to fix a light in my home that wasn't working properly. After running an analysis they identified electrical panel issues as well as other concerning hazards. They were able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem. The professionalism is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I recommended Massella Electric to the rest of my family and we contact them for any electrical issue that arises.

I had a customer who needed a fan swap and 2 kitchen gfi’s that stopped working. Once he had the job in hand, he sent over a bid for the job and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. Aaron was very communicative and his electrician, James, was very respectful (wearing a mask during these COVID times), efficient, and completed all tasks on hand. With this going as smoothly as it did, I already have him booked for a second job!

LOOK AT ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN ***He acts like he is doing you a favor vs you paying him. Very Hard to communicate with you might go a few days with no word , he was no show with no updates on the day he said “i will try to make it” . Don’t hire this clown company. Worst kind of customer service there is. When he did do work i quote”I’m out for the day gotta keep it moving” without asking the customer if there was any more issues I can help you with or look at for you. when I though their was more work to do . It then takes another month and he says I might make it out there today , with no updates or communication and then a No Show. Huge waste of time talking to him and ever hiring them. Look at this review and go elsewhere and give your money to someone who can at least tell you when they will show up .

Aaron was responsive, flexible and had very competitive pricing. He came up with a solution that other electricians had not identified that saved us several hundred dollars. We've been using the electric charging station for most of a year and had no problems with it.

Aaron came and installed several new lights and outlets at our apartment. He was quick, friendly and very much a professional. I will definitely recommend him and his company for any electrical work.

Very satisfied all the way, first project was two new upgraded service panels, then a large sub panel for woodworking shop, followed by upgraded panels in the duplex. Yay! I’m set for life. Mr. Masella is a very pleasant soul to work with.

I contacted 5 electrical companies to bid on my home project. 3 responded. I have been a Facilities Engineer for 40 years and have worked with many contractors. Two of the responding contractors both started telling me everything that they would have to do and brushed off my questions and suggestions. This is a major alarm bell for me. Massella was just the opposite. They worked with me and for a very reasonable price. Excellent folks to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Aaron and James both are very prompt in responding and diligent about the work. I used them to install recessed lights and chandelier and replace all the existing outlets and switches. They were very punctual about the work hours and never were late. They cleaned up everyday after they finished the work. They know the work they do and I would definitely recommend them.

Great service and outstanding communication. My technician arrived a few minutes early and did a great job. I had a creative project they helped me achieve! I now have a 240w electric stove outside. Now I can bake even during the hot day! Also goodbye to gas!
