Aaron and his team are very professional, communicate well with their clients and do an efficient job without any mistakes in the process. I have gone to Massella (now Interwest) electric for all of my electrical needs and they have always done an outstanding job.

Aaron provided a full and accurate inspection report for all the electrical issues we found in a house my client was purchasing. Aaron was very detailed, professional and honest. I have since recommended Massella Electric and I know you will not be disappointed if you decide to hire them.

Very happy with Aaron and his team. We recently purchased the home we'd been renting for 7 years - which had been a rental for years before us - that still had a lot of original finishes and wiring. Since we expect to do some updating over the next few years, we engaged several companies to come take a look, knowing we'd need to upgrade our panel. Walking the property, in and out, in full face masks, I knew Masella Electric was the one. We talked about all the projects we were considering, related to electrical, and had some special needs to consider. Aaron walked us through prioritizing everything and after deciding what to tackle first, he still came out in the same ballpark as everyone else, BUT included so much more work, including helping us hang our new ceiling fans all over the house. Given that we were working/schooling from home during COVID, his team was careful, nice, respectful, and responsive. Do yourself a favor and choose these guys for your next job. You won't be disappointed.

Top quality work and professionals! We had sold our house in October and scheduled a panel replacement with Aaron and his team during that time. Due to COVID-19, SDG&E had delayed their inspection for three months. Massella had continued to follow up on my behalf and kept me updated the entire time. They completed the work in one day and came in at the quoted price! 100% recommend again!!

Aaron's crew came out to install 2 fans and swap out some light switches for my customer as part of a kitchen remodel. He was very responsive and provided a fair bid that I could present to my customer. On the work day itself, his crew was on time, extremely clean, and worked efficiently, all while ensuring the work was done right. I highly recommend using Aaron for any electrical work.

We can not be happier for selecting and using Aaron at Massella Electric . Prompt response and service. They upgraded our electric box and installed a “sense “ electric home monitoring system. They took a complex project that other electricians did not know how to install and did an excellent installation that works wonderfully and reliable. I used Massella Electric to do extensive electrical work at one of our properties. They were half the price of another vendor, but more importantly, they were straight forward and honest. They truthfully advised me about work that didn't have to be done, or that could be done for less. Hard to find that kind of honesty these days. Aaron and his team are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Aaron was the dude! Above and beyond effort and customer service. I had a great time getting to know Aaron while learning about some electrical fundamentals and electrical installation history in America and San Diego all while he expertly diagnosed what was wrong with my bathroom circuitry. We had a great time!

If I ever have issues again I will be calling Aaron. If I buy a house or build one, I will be going to him immediately.

Not sure what the minimal bad reviews have against him but I saw nothing of the sort when working with Aaron. He’s hilarious and awesome and deserves every bit of your money!

We had an issue with our breaker tripping all the time and called these guys. He came same day and figured it out pretty quick. Prices was a little more than I expected but he explained everything in detail. Left the area clean and even replaced a outlet for free. Would definitely call again if we got problems.

Aaron and his team came out and did a great job installing a sub panel and Tesla EV connector. The communication and bid wereI detailed and professional. I would definitely refer them and give them any future jobs I may need done.

Used Aron and his team for installing EV charger along with energy monitoring system. Aron was responsive via texts and reasonably priced. His technician arrived right on time and did a clean job. He even promised to make a quick short return trip to change the outlet n steel cover. (update: as promised came back to change the outlet and steel cover)

Aaron was super helpful in the planning and execution of all phases of electrical work for my newly constructed kitchen. He and his team are friendly and willing to accommodate changes along the way, even if it meant rework. He and Kayden worked well in conjunction with other contractors on site to coordinate the work. This guy is such a joke i had to renew my review. We have now had to completely redo an entire house because of his lack of knowledge. The building inspector took Massella's information down to let other inspectors know.

From the beginning Aaron was difficult to talk to. His narcissism was astounding. His customer service was non existent. It was like he was doing us a favor.

Aaron and his crew cut every corner possible. Their work cost me and my company thousands of dollars to fix. This was the case on multiple houses. He failed to hook up one entire side of a house.

I have been in this industry for more than 30 years and have never seen such poor workmanship, insane sense of self worth and condescension.

STAY away and hire an electrician with morals, skills and scruples.

I needed a hand-blown glass chandelier hung in the foyer of my two-story home. it was quite intricately made and fragile. . Juan and Raphael did a fabulous job and the piece looks beautiful. I strongly recommend this company—they are the best!
