Jorge Sanchez was our technician who totally amazed us with his methodical thoroughness on our visit from Homeshield. Jorge was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to offering the best service for our family's property. I didn't know really know what to expect but we were ultimately exceedingly pleased and want this company to know and value the treasure they have in this man! He deserves a10 star review!!! He represents this company in such a way that he deserves special honor and recognition! He is an incredible asset to Homeshield.... but even more to their customers if which we are one!! So very pleased!!!

Darla Munoz was our technician who came out for our initial in home and outside pest control service. I would have liked for her to spray more of the backyard area (see photos). There are still ants crawling around today.

Hector let us know in advance by phone and text when he was on the way. He asked us about any concerns we had. He was thorough and efficient. He was also very nice.

Hector Villegas has been our technician from HomeShield Pest Control for a little over a month, now, and we could not be happier with his professionalism, his service, or the results he has achieved. Mr. Villegas has always been prompt and thorough. He has accomplished more toward solving our problem in the past five weeks than our prior company was able to do in a year. He achieves measurable results and is very easy to work with. We get a detailed report after each of his visits, and he is diligent in letting us know what is going on with the services he provides, and in discussion plans for the next service. I have no hesitation in giving Mr. Villegas my highest recommendations.

I called on Tuesday and I had an appointment for Thursday for ant and spider control. The service done by Darla was great. She explained everything she was going to do and seemed to do a thorough job. A lot of time was spent making sure all areas were covered. She said at the end that she would come back in two weeks. I paid for a one year treatment plan and because we have never had ants before we thought this was the best approach.

Eduardo is awesome. Always early or on time. And when he’s early, he’s busy, he’s already treating the outside perimeter and looking for signs of pests and coming up with solutions. He’s quick and efficient but he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. He explains what he’s looking for. He explains what he’s finding and why it’s good or bad. He’s an educator!
He instructs on what I can do to improve our pest control outcomes. He’s friendly and funny. He’s like a neighbor that’s just helping you out. FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very happy with the Home Shield company.
We started to have a roden problem, our own
efforts didn’t do anything for this issue. We decided to call Home Shild, and we are so happy!!
The supervisor Jon did a very detailed inspection,
which included the attic, basement, garage, walls,
each room in a house. And it was a bigger problem than we inspected. Jon explained everything to us, step by step, including the warranty. We are a seniors, and now we are feeling
much more secure after the perfect work of Home Shild company. Yes, l would recommend this company for any roden problems

I spoke with Eduardo on his way to my house. I explained that I wanted a spray for spiders and he told me that they use a chemical that is good for all-around. He went on to explain how they would de-cobweb the exterior of the house, but as you can see from the photos, it doesn't appear that that occurred at all.

Harbor Pest Control is the one we use for our HOA. Annually they do a termite inspection for the entire complex. They are excellent working with the community due to the many work schedules etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. When I needed a termite inspection to satisfy the needs of the finance company when I refinanced it wasn't even a question when it came to who I would call. I would highly recommend this company if you need Pest Control Services.

BEWARE-BEWARE-Beware.

I hate writing bad reviews but I am very upset and felt violated. My house have metal doors and windows so the fumigation air can easily flow in and out while the house is locked up. After the fumigation, the guys claimed someone opened clips on the side of the fumigation and entered my house. My neighbors said they kept a close eye on my property and did not see one come in or out. If the fumigation guys had locked and secure the metal doors, no one can come in. That is unless NO ONE came in and the crew themselves stole stuff. What I lost was documents that will take time to replace, trinkets of jewelries that isn't worth much but given to me by my deceased parents and siblings, off course petty cash that I forgot to secure, power tools, and I don't know what else. To say the least, I am very disappointed.

So I literally got ROBBED and most likely it was the FUMIGATION crew that STOLE from me or their negligence. Either way, someone bulgarized my house during THEIR fumigation.

On a positive note, the salesman Charlie was very friendly and responded quickly. The owners or managers need to look into their crew because I saw a review 2 months ago that had the EXACT same thing happened.

We have had quarterly maintenance with Harbor PC for years. They are very responsive, answer our questions and keep ants and bugs under control. They did an efficient job when tenting our house for termites and the price was very reasonable.

Harbor Pest Control has been our pest control service for years. We have regular service as well as lifetime termite protection. When we call, they get here quickly. And Kathy is super friendly with our dogs when she arrives here with treats for them for our regular service visits.

Kathy is awesome! She figure out our rat problem, we were dumbfounded and she solved the mystery. We had another pest company out before Kathy/Harbor Pest Control and they couldn't solve it. Kathy, also, took care of our roach and ant problem. All our unwanted house guests are gone. Kathy was truly a delight to work with, professional, sharp and friendly. We have a tech come monthly now, I can't remember his name, but he's great too. He is always smiling, professional and thorough. I'm so happy with Harbor Pest Control, you have no idea how happy!!! No more rats, roaches or ants, they excel over the other companies. Thank you Kathy and Harbor Pest Control!

I want to give special commendation to Shawn of Harbor pest control. He was very thorough in his inspection. He was courteous, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Harbor Pest Control. He arrived on time. He was thorough and was keenly aware of safety precautions.
