After moving into our new home we called R & D Pest services in November for an ant and spider problem we were having. They came the same day and sprayed inside & out. We have not had any problems since there visit! We use their services quarterly and couldn't be happier.

You just can't beat the personalized service you get from using a local company, and R&D is simply the best. Not only is my home ant free (and has been since the moment they started their service over 10 years ago), but the staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome to deal with. I can go to them for advice on anything pest related, and whether it's within their services or not, I receive a prompt answer and/or advice without the sales pressure you get from the 'chain' companies out there. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have used R&D for over 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed! Originally I contacted them due to an ongoing ant problem... they got that under control IMMEDIATELY! I realized the other companies I used just put a "Band-Aid" on the ant issue - and with R&D, I have NEVER had an ant invasion again! Highly recommend!

I hate having to use chemicals, but the ant problem at our house was so bad--inside and out--and these guys were so careful. No chemicals in my home, and a fast-drying treatment outside. A bi-monthly visit keeps up ant-free and the fast drying solution stays off my dog's paws. Occasionally, there has been a resurgence of ants between visits, but they come out and treat again at no charge. I've been happy with them for years!

We got bees invading to our house a couple of times. I called R&D Pest Services to spray chemicals inside and outside the house. The service guy, Cezar, did a great job. He not only sprayed but also cleaned up most of the spider webs along the roof line. He also guaranteed bees will not come back within one month after spray. He promised if bees come back after one month, he will still give us a free service to spray the house again.

Superior and effective solution especially for pesky ants! External treatment application that really works. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for many years. We recently moved into a new home and R&D took care of an ant problem immediately. A great company that really cares!

Mark from R&D has always been a professional and great at his work. He has helped us manage our ant problem, and other pests as they arise. I love that I don't have to worry about toxic chemicals around my son, as the use non-toxic treatments and it's all on the outside of my house. He makes himself available for emergency situations right away. The admin team is also great, always helping me with any if my questions and with prompt responses. prior to R&D we used a different, national pest service and it always felt like they would come out and put a "band-aid" over our ant problem. within 2 weeks, the ants would be back... since starting to use r&d about 7 years ago we have NEVER seen an ant in our house again! JOY! JOY! JOY! they came out initially and treated the ant problem and we have been using their quarterly system ever since. Their technician is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. he even tollerates our outdoor dogs! their product is not toxic to your pets. i highly recommend R&D for your pest needs.... NEVER will i use a national company again...

We have been customers for 10 years and we do not have to worry about bugs, especially during the summer when the ants go crazy. Manny is so nice and communicative, he always answers his phone and comes out between service if necessary. Their pricing is reasonable and pet friendly, I highly recommend.

It's been less than 4 weeks since the home I was moving into was sprayed. Since the home was sprayed I have had spiders, silverfish, crickets, and an infestation of ants move in. I will be calling another service to do the job that I originally hired R&D pest control for. I do not recommend using them. I have never had issues after a pest company has serviced my home until now.

When we moved here almost 4 years ago, we called a nationally known pest control firm to address our ant problems in hopes that they would be better than the rest. After 2 very frustrating years with okay service but unsatisfactory results, we finally called R&D after reading so many positive reviews. The improvement in both service attitude and results was immediate with R&D and I can't imagine ever needing to change again. If you're unhappy with the results of your own efforts or less than impressive results from your current pest control company, this is definitely the company to select. From then on, you'll spend your search time considering best restaurants instead of pest control companies.

We just had our first visit from R and D Pest Services and we’re super impressed. Our technician (Cezar) was professional, friendly, thorough, and really listened to our concerns about troubled areas on the property. Our main concern is spiders (of the not so nice variety). He sprayed all the areas we were worried about and then removed all spider webs. So happy to reclaim our outdoor space!! Great service and a pleasure to work with.

Last thing to note, we called around 10am and they provided same day service at 2pm that day. There was no pressure to sign a contract (with service like theirs they don’t have to) and zero attempt to up-sell on anything. Couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. They always text or call to let us know what day and time the technician will be at our home. If we need service in between appointments we just call or text Mark, our technician, and he gets right back to us. Mark is very thorough and explains exactly what he found and treated every visit. He also makes sure our dog Elvis is inside and lists anything he uses just in case. We would highly recommend R&D Pest Control because they are the best!

Have used them for 10+ years. Love that they are safe for me as well as for our pets. Consistently great results. Use them for quarterly service on our home as well as "as needed" treatments for our daughter's condo. They are fast and easy to reach and communicate with. You have one guy that always does your area which means I know who is entering our backyard or whatever. They are stellar in ALL regards.

I've been using R&D Pest Services since moving into my Scripps Ranch home 7 years ago. I live on a canyon, and have pests of all varieties. I also have a small dog, so wanted a non-toxic way to keep ants out of the house and off the patios. Their method has been 100% successful. They call the day before to let me know they're coming to service my property. A year ago I added rodent bait boxes which are kept out of site but accessible by rats & mice. Although there will always be rodents since I live on a canyon, I am at least not finding them hiding in my grill! Whenever I have an issue in between bi-monthly servicing, R&D Pest Services is quick to respond. I highly recommend them!

I began to use this service by the recommendation of a friend a few years ago. I was having repeated infestations with ants yearly. I have been more than satisfied. When you call the office, the person helping you is patient, kind, and helpful. I once had an unusual outbreak of ants. They immediately got someone out to my home to address the problem within one day. The service guy, Dave, is professional, friendly, on time. He also is the kind of person that you can have a friendly conversation with. He even invited me to his home one Thanksgiving to celebrate with his family !!! I would recommend this service without question.

R&D Pest Services was an unexpected find! We used them at our dental office, and now at our home. Dave is AWESOME, and I never feel like I'm being oversold. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things bugs, is extremely courteous, and always on time. We are now on a quarterly service due to a recurring ant problem. Dave just came over a few days ago for that - and also sprayed for those insidious spiders who make webs on our eaves. He cleaned up the webs, too! The solution is organic and safe.

I've been a customer for almost a year and am really pleased. I previously used two other companies who always sent a different technician out, was disappointed with their service as I found they didn't kill too many bugs, and I fired both after I caught them doing a drive by (saying they treated my home when they either spend less than five minutes at my home or didn't come at all). I felted completely ripped off by them. Mark is my technician from R & D who always services my yard. He knows my yard and where the issues are, and now I don't have a bug and spider problem. I would highly recommend this company, as I felt I wasted my money the past 10 years, but find I get great value from these guys!

Dave has been taking care of our home for 5 years and I don't ever want to know what things would be like around here without him. I told him I didn't want the little sugar ants in my kitchen and the black widows out my door and since the first treatment I haven't had to worry about them. He makes me feel comfortable and safe with how he's protecting my house and I appreciate to no end how he's consoled my irrational concerns when I find the one off Jerusalem cricket or House centipede. As it turns out they are a normal part of our ecosystem and I don't have to move! Thank you Dave. Your attentiveness to my home is priceless!

We have been using R & D Pest Services for our home in Escondido since moving here from IL in 1999. It only took one time, having ants crawling all over the place to know we did not want to deal with this. Since the first time they treated our home, no ants, no bugs.
