Reggie was really awesome. Very thorough, explained everything did a really good job of spraying in areas that needed taken care of. He was very careful of my house and my belongings. I really appreciated his service.

It’s been a year since I started working with HomeShield Pest Control, and I’m very happy with their service so far. My last service was done by Xavier — we went through all the issues together, and he did an excellent job.

My Home Shield technicians name was Reggie who was very professional, personal, thorough, thoughtful, who seemed to love his job and it showed. I asked if he would be one of servicing my home in the future go forward because that’s what I was hoping. But he explained at the current time Home Shield is using him as a floater and it’s possible that I could be seeing him again. He also expressed that I would be getting a follow call to two weeks to see if everything okay. This is a first for me as I’ve dealt with many other pest control companies in the past at my other homes and I was impressed. Great job Home Shield

Everything went great, Jorge explained everything very well, gave excellent tips on where/how the pests can sneak in along with recommendations to correct it. I am very pleased with HomeShield in general, they don’t try to oversell anything. As a single woman it is refreshing to be listened to and not made to feel like I need to pay for extra services.

Darla came out today, she was very knowledgeable, she walked me through the property and explained what she did to it; showed me all the pests I have. She sprayed and set up traps. Answered all my questions and walked me through what I should expect. She will be back in 2 weeks! (: she’s great!

Excellent service by Mitch on July 6, very happy with him and Dave Watson. Mitch was on time and professional spent about 3.5 hours with us and dave spent at least an hour doing the pre-inspection and drawing a map of all the places that there was an opening. Mitch took before and after pictures and was polite, courteous and clean.

Friendly warning: If you sign up for the annual service it will auto-renew after a year and you can't cancel online. And you will have to call to cancel, pay a $150 charge for early cancellation, and they will use salesy tactics to try to keep you on and paying. The service itself was good though, and everyone is very professional. I just can't recommend them because of the negative cancellation experience. This would have been 5 stars otherwise.

We have used about 4 pest control companies in the 15+ years that we’ve lived here. The business model tends to be the same across companies, but the HomeShield option (you have to ask for it, and it does cost a little more) of spraying essential oils rather than poison is a service that we can’t find with any other company. This was our number one priority after years of only finding the traditional chemical blends that we see as unnatural and potentially dangerous. The pricing is competitive and our servicing tech Hector Villegas is professional, courteous, communicative, and patient with our requests. We cannot recommend highly enough. Ask about their Sentri oils option when you call.

We are very happy with our service. Hector does a great job. He is always very pleasant to speak with and is quick to address any concerns we may have.

Joey was great. Answered my questions regarding rat activity and showed me the activity at our bait stations. Very respectful, helpful and informative. We had a terrible ant problem for over a year and since using Home Shield we haven't had any ants or spiders.

Eduardo is amazing! We don’t utilize our indoor service because he does such a great job making sure the perimeter of the property, the flower beds, and any openings like entry doors or garage doors are taken care of. He’s extremely pleasant to talk to, and I’m impressed with how patient and how considerate he is. He knows the exact spots that we want taken care of during our routine service, and he’s still willing to listen to the same list each time. I usually get a text for when he’s on his way and when the service is complete. It’s very convenient and considerate for when I have meetings or I’m on a call.

Initially, I contacted HomeShield for a flea problem I had, but I appreciate the continued regular service. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the amount of bugs near and around my house. Hector always does a great job on his pest control service, and I appreciate how communicative he is.

Today I had a preventative pest control spray service done for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Xavier was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough. He texted me ETA and arrived right on time, introduced himself politely, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting. And walk me through the process—what areas they’d be treating, what type of spray they used, etc.
Xavier was very detailed and patient, answering all my questions and made sure to treat both the inside and outside carefully, paying attention to corners, window etc..
The spray they used had no odor and I will wait for some time to see how it goes, hopefully I don’t need to deal with any bugs:)
