Installed our water heater in day, Lee did an amazing service and overall nice and helpful with answering our questions!

Efficient, professional and taught me a lot of things about maintaining my water heater.

We encountered the dreaded water heater issue today and thank goodness for Castleworks Home Services, and especially our technician Chris Beauvoir. We were fortunate that Chris was available, arrived a day early to address our issue, and restored our hot water. Thank you Chris! He was very professional, succinctly articulated the issue, provided multiple solutions and then proceeded to fix our issue. He repaired the system better than new and provided safeguards to protect us in the future! We would highly recommend Castleworks and hope that you would have as great a technician as we did with Chris.

Christopher delivered and installed a new hot water heater on Sunday morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He provided information as he worked on installation. He did more than we had with the previous water heater. We highly recommend him

Our water heater broke this morning. We called Castleworks Water Heaters. The person answering the phone was cheerful and helpful. We were able to get a technician to our house within the hour. Daniel W. Arrived and was professional, proficient and neat. We were back up and running within two hours. I highly recommend Daniel W. !

Scott and Mike were excellent. Knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, and patient...and they came by on a Sunday! I would definitely work with them again.

Yesterday, our water heater started leaking. We immediately called CastleWorks, and Miguel arrived onsite within a couple of hours. His professionalism, knowledge, communication, and smile made us feel very comfortable right away. We knew he knew what he was doing. Within 3 hours, the new water heater was installed and ready to be put in action. The installation is very clean; he cleaned up everything that the water leak left behind. Lee + Tech arrived at 2:00 pm and were finished by 6:40 pm. Were very efficient installing new gas tankless water unit and Halo 5 filtration system.
Gave training session on the Do + Don’ts. Currently no water leaks from new piping system .

Put in a new tankless water heater less than 3 yrs ago (spent thousands of $$$ on this)- have had multiple problems ever since and have lived without hot water for days
Supposed to have a tech come this afternoon and he texted me he was on his way. An hour and a half later- noone is here- I called them and they said he got stuck on a job!!

They came out so quickly, within 4 hours when we had a hot water tank heater leak. Lee was quick to diagnose and was able to replace our outdated heater with a much nicer one same day. Definitely will call them again if we ever need help and recommend them to anyone looking for help!
