True artisans in lacing large trees. Showed up on time, finished on schedule, and was thorough in clean-up.

Have personally witness this company cut down bird and squirrel nests, even after being informed of their presence - which is supposed to be illegal. They obviously have no care for wildlife. They also leave trees looking like they have been butchered by a child.

Saw a pair of their employees harassing a woman outside of a hair salon the other day. They were blocking her car with their truck and laying on the horn while she was trying to park. They then sped off through the parking lot, swerving while screaming obscenities and honking. Not the type of people I would want representing my company.

This is the second time we used Cody as our arborist. The guys did a great job trimming a large hedge.

I had an AWFUL interaction with this company this morning in Carmel Mountain. They are contracted to do the landscaping in the plaza I rent a space for my business. I was driving in the parking lot looking for a spot & the savatree truck was in the middle of the two way lane idling with someone buckled in the driver seat & someone buckled in the passenger seat. I pointed asking if I could go past them & they flipped me off & started honking their horn at me. Since that seemed like an obvious no-go I pointed at myself & made a turning around gesture to let them know that I would be turning around since they weren’t going to move. For whatever reason that wasn’t good enough for them & they rolled the windows down & kept berating me & holding the horn down. I gestured multiple times that I would be turning & tried to wave to show that I got the message & they just wouldn’t stop. The entire time I was turning around & looking for a spot they kept it up, honking over & over & just continuing to yell at me. The second I parked they put the car in gear & flew past me yelling in my direction & STILL holding the horn down, harassing me. Then drove toward the gas station & blocked yet another two lane section of the lot. Continuing to honk & yell until I ran inside. Needless to say my anxiety was at a 10 & it took a while for me to calm down. I was very shaken up & it has me deeply concerned that they could be doing the same to my paying clients. I’m even more worried about my elderly clients. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary & I’m obviously upset.

They were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. Great service that added to the health and beauty of all of the large trees. We thank them for this service and will be using them each year to trim up the trees.

Cody was very helpful throughout this process. We had trees trimmed and a tree removed and a new tree put in. We are very pleased.
