Simply the best experience that we've had in 20 years of tree pruning at our residence! CTC's response to our inquiry was prompt, the proposal visit was scheduled promptly, the service recommendations were well-informed, and its proposal was clear and reasonable. In fact, considering the quality of CTC's services, it turned out to be better than reasonable.
The pruning team was courteous, careful and thorough, and they left our yard in a good, clean condition. Our trees have never looked better, and as a bonus, our neighbor thanked us for the pruning team's considerate approach in dealing with them. Remarkable!

We needed a new tree care company after 25 years with our prior company. Tried Coastal Tree for a very challenging project: Major pruning of our ancient eucalyptus in rather confined backyard space, while saving our precarious 50-year-old tree house. Josh and his crew did a great job on branches reaching 20+ feet above the prior "knuckles" which were already 20+ feet from the ground, with the large treehouse and its deck perched in between. They were professional, careful, and did through cleanup. Their pricing was in the ballpark of the other bids we got. I suspect the project took longer than anticipated because of the logistics but they simply finished the job true to their bid. Sarah in the office is responsive and courteous. Altogether, a very good experience!

These guys did a great job from the start. Justin came out and gave me a solid estimate, service was scheduled later that day and everything was seamless. The crew that came out to trim my tree was super professional, very knowledgeable and explained exactly what I should do and expect with future growth. My particular situation presented a challenge with where the tree was in relation to my house and my neighbors house as well as sat on a very steep incline and these guys handled it perfectly. They left no mess, offered to sweep areas that weren't even affected by the trimming. 5/5 for sure. Won't ever use anyone else.

Friendly and professional. Started with a thorough walk thru of the property and discussion of each and every tree and my expectations. Followed by an itemized descriptive proposal. After setting day and time, received timely reminders. On the day of the crew arrived on time. I did a review once again with the manager and then work commenced. Crew was polite, professional and a pleasure to intereact with. I especially love the way my loquat tree was pruned from a straggly mess into a beautiful jewel. Not to mention my conifer that went from awkward to elegant. I have already given their number to a neighbor.

I have used Coastal Tree Care for several years and have always had an excellent experience! They arrive on time, they walk the job with you, listening to what you would like done and then make recommendations if necessary. They work efficiently and clean the property after completion of the work, so much so that you'd never know they were there. I highly recommend them!

Victor did a good job with our giant jacaranda tree- I appreciate the attention he gave to my concerns, he pruned the tree as much as I asked and left the yard cleaner than he found it. Also Joseph the arborist was willing to work with us on the cost, which was helpful. He also did not try to guilt us into other services, which most other tree trimmers have. I would definitely recommend Coastal Tree Care.

She visited our home on multiple occasions, both prior to and on several additional occasions while the work was being accomplished. The arborists, Fecundo, Jaco, and Luna exhibited remarkable skill and precision in the trimming of our trees. Despite the challenges posed by the relatively narrow passage alongside our house to the street, and the steep hill on which the trees had become overgrown, the crew executed their tasks with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the trimming process was carried out safely and with no disruption to our property, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and coordination throughout.

Not only did the crew succeed in keeping our trees well-balanced and artistically beautiful, but they also went above and beyond to protect the structures and our house below. Coastal Tree Care has been maintaining our trees for the last 3 years. I get an email in the spring reminding me at the perfect time...just before the growing season. It was so easy to coordinate...did it via email. Justin was scheduled within days to come provide an estimate which was very reasonable. We wanted our schefflera to spread out a bit rather than growing taller and thinner and we needed a haircut on some unruly bamboo. Less than a week after our estimate the team of Brian, Ben and Dan arrived and did an outstanding job. All the team at Coastal Tree Care are friendly, considerate of your yard and the surrounding plants, and very professional. I recommend them and will be inviting them back next year. Saved my weeks of my time and effort on my bamboo. Well worth it!! Thanks guys!

Victor and his crew did an amazing job removing two very large palms close to our newly remodeled home. They worked with incredible skill. They cleaned everything up afterwards. Price was good. Highly recommend!

Had a stellar experience with the Rancho Coastal team to remove a huge eucalyptus that was threatening my neighbor's home, and to trim other eucalyptus and ash trees on my property. The work was all on hillside and required access through my yard as well as my uphill neighbor's yard. I got a clear explanation of the work needed and why (removal vs trim). Great communication from office before the job, and from foreman during the two-day job. My hillside looks beautiful. Will definitely use Rancho Coastal for future work.

Justin was exceptional and so was his team. We had a few challenges but the entire team did their best to help overcome them. Every person at this company is professional, great at their assigned jobs, dedicated to the company and client and great at what they do. My overall experience with Rancho Coastal was very impressive. My initial contact, Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. Victor, Jacko, Facundo and Ismael did excellent work and cleaned up nicely. They were open to communicate with me throughout the process. I was also pleased that a supervisor stopped by twice to check in. This was my first time using Rancho Coastal and I will definitely use them again! My trees look great! 😀

Rancho Coastal did an incredible job on the pruning of all of our palm trees (6) as well as substantially cutting back our canyon to not only keep our property safe for when the dry season approaches, but as arborists, they took the time to identify how the trees, brush and other factors could be trimmed back to still be aesthetically appealing. They spend the entire day ensuring that everything was accomplished and cleaned up thoroughly, leaving our front and back yard in impeccable condition. I highly recommend Rancho Coastal Tree for all of your needs on both residential and commercial properties!

Coastal Tree Care was wonderful. Justin, our arborist, was amazing, and the team who did the work (Victor, Josh, Ben, and Andrew) were prompt and super efficient - they completed all the work in about an hour. We just bought a house, and I have hired A LOT of people within the past couple of months for various household projects so I know a good company when I see it - Coastal Tree Care really delivered. They were amazingly easy to schedule for an initial consultation. Our arborist, Justin, was very passionate about trees and fun to talk to (he told me some of our palms were around when the dinosaurs roamed the earth and he gave me helpful tips on how to revive a peach tree - completely unrelated to the job!) Then I received a detailed online proposal and I could review what I wanted/didn't want done to the trees and check out pricing based on my preferences. I LOVED that - so easy to use and it really left the decision-making up to me without any pressure. Then I submitted our proposal back to the office and a couple weeks later, the job is done. Could not have been any easier and I could not be any happier with the work. Highly recommended.
