After having returned 2x to replace parts, this time you guys may have gotten it right. The system is working better than it originally did. Thank you for prompt attention to the problem, in this high temperature time, it’s making life more enjoyable.

Their customer scheduling service is great! and free consultation for the month of November was an awesome touch.

Unfortunately a $600 for a new thermostat install and C-wire is beyond reason. I held back literal laughs when the man gave me the quote and reasoning behind the quote. He probably thought I was some young guy that he could quickly take advantage of. Or probably thought I wouldn't come to Yelp or Google to warn others.

According to the fair labor market for this particular job and based on various other quotes from local service vendors, this job should have run me around $325. So $600 is a slap in the face for me.

I would hesitate for this to be the Clear Choice for my needs.

Clear Choice is super responsive and helpful if you have any HVAC needs. They really try to save you money and get you the help you need without trying to upsell you. John helped me troubleshoot why my blower motor wasn't turning on and causing my Nest thermostat to read a E73 error. Turns out, the control board wasn't activating the blower motor and I just got that replaced. Heat is back up and running!

There are so many other repair places that would try to upsell you either a new blower unit or furnace, etc, but Clear Choice is not one of them. Truly one of the good guys in the field. Highly recommended!

Dustin and Adrian worked on the services today. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were courteous with making sure the space is clean and the AC is working well at the end. Great people and great company.

This is the most responsive company I have ever dealt with. Period. Within an hour of reaching out to John, he was on the roof of my house, fixing a leak in my A/C system.

San Dimas and surrounding areas are truly blessed to have such a great HVAC company. They came to my house for diagnostics the same day I made the request over the phone and correctly identified the problems that have been making the AC not working as well as it should be.

Then admittedly there was a bit of frustration in regards to getting an estimate and scheduling the actual repair, but that was due to the fact that I happened to reach out to them during a time when high caseload met technical glitches. But once I received the estimate and had the repair scheduled, everything was a blast.

The professionalism is very impressive. The technician meticulously documented every meter that demonstrated improvement, so you not only feel it but get to compare the numbers before/after. Now that the AC is releasing its full potential, I feel like I've risen from the dead, no longer bogged down by the brutal heatwave of the Southern California summer.

Had a problem with my A/C and heater not working. John came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The unit was still within the warranty period from the manufacturer, which he took care of getting the necessary parts. The amount paid for the work was very fair.

Clear Choice is the best choice! John, our technician, was prompt & courteous. He diagnosed & explained the problem, replaced the broken (worn out) part, and cleaned furnace burners of 40 years of debris. In 2 hours he made our ancient furnace as good as new 👍🏻👍🏻. I’m sure many other HVAC companies would have tried to sell us a new system. Clear Choice is a rare find!
