During our recent heat wave, my air conditioner needed immediate servicing. I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Craig responded in a very timely manner and corrected my problem in no time. Even though it was 98 degrees, he remained professional and courteous. Because of his expertise, I will continue to rely on this company's services. I have been a loyal customer since 2008 and will always contact Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating for all my air conditioning and PLUMBING services.

These guys are the real thing. From Lupe to Craig they are wonderful, professional and get it done.
With the heat of summer and my A/C deciding to stop working, I was beside myself, and very hot. I called and Lupe was on it. Craig, the owner, called me right back, asked me a couple of questions and was out cool me down right away. This ended up being a tricky repair. But with Craig's years of experience and fortitude, he nailed it. Prices were fair and the experience was way beyond what I expected.

Craig and Lupe are superb! Lupe is fantastic with communicating and Craig is incredibly driven to give his customers the results they are looking for! Our central air condition is old and had A LOT of problems to say the least! This thing broke down constantly during the hottest days of the summer (always a new problem) and Lupe made sure we were put in the schedule at the soonest possible time! Craig was always here to give us the fix and stayed longer than he had to make sure the unit was still running 30 minutes AFTER fixing the problem! 😁 thank you both for your awesome help and making sure my new 3 month old son slept through night peacefully!

Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating! Wow! Pretty super! I’m thermostat-
challenged and he explained in very clear detail what was going on with my heating.

I thought something was broken but he explained how the thermostat works when the outside weather changes and how it can affect things. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but there was something I was missing and Craig talked to me very patiently explained everything I needed to know. Sent somebody out here to double check. Yes everything was OK.

Recently Had to get some plumbing work done, and was completely impressed with all the work that Christian Lovo did. He was very professional and very helpful going over all the information, his mannerisms were beyond satisfactory, and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly , they were very attentive and professional just amazing customer service !!!! 😌😊 I will most definitely be recommending them 😊🙌🏼
