Zach is one of the most honest and trustworthy guys I know! He has taken care of my house now for a few years and I couldn’t be happier! He will show you pictures and explain what needs to be fixed and give options… those that work with him take care and make sure that they leave the area they are working in as it was and usually even better! Harley works with him and he is absolutely incredible! They do very clean work! This was the first time Fernando came and he was very polite and professional as well!!! You won’t go wrong with Zach and his team!!!

We needed a new AC and after talking through our options and reviewing pricing, we decided to add on a new furnace as well. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Zach and his team.

Recently we had our 35 year old AC finally move on. We got four bids and really liked all of the companies. The prices were all within a small margin of each other. We chose Zach because of his professional approach and attention to detail. No pressure on selling us a particular brand. He gave us options and talked through each. We ended up going with a Trane and are very happy so far. The installation was completed in a day and looks great. The whole process was very smooth.

I had the pleasure of working with Zach Taylor Heating and Air recently. They did an install of a Mitsubishi Multi Zone Mini Split unit. Edwin was sent to do the job and him and his coworker was very good with answering my questions and we're very professional. Tarp was laid for the interior work to minimize dirt. At the end of the job, I signed off on the work and paid the invoice. Later in the day, Zach texted me noting that he was not satisfied with a little aspect of the job and was sending Edwin back to make the adjustment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and integrity in their work. They very well could have just let it be since they were already done and paid, but they stood by their work and finished it to their high standards.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with this company twice this summer, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! From start to finish, their service has been top-notch, and they’ve truly gone above and beyond to make sure our home stayed cool and comfortable during some of the hottest days of the year.

My heater was only blowing cold air, and Leo came out and got my heater up and going very quickly. He was very personable explained everything to me, and inspected everything with my HVAC system gave my suggestions and things to watch for as my system is a bit older. I couldn't be happier and wish I would have called them sooner. I thought for certain this repair was going to cost more than I could afford. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

My burners would flutter and then extinguish every time i started the heat cycle. Reached out to Zach Taylor and my inquiry was responded to quickly and an appointment was made for the next day at a time convenient for me. Leo came in, diagnosed the issue quickly and corrected it. He did not stop there though. He did additional checks and educated me on the system to ensure there would be no issues down the line. Could not be more pleased with the service. Leo was awesome. Zach Taylor should be your first call!

Zach, Harley, and team are the real deal! Outstanding service and workmanship. We hired them to replace our A/C and heating system and add a two-zone setup, plus relocate equipment (outdoor unit moved to the other side of the house). The crew was respectful, neat, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept us informed at every step, finished the job the right way, and the system has been running great! At 100% speed you can barely hear the unit (We got the Premier 5 Ton 18 SEER2 Trane Heat Pump)

Joe and his crew are simply THE BEST!! I got quotes from 5-6 different places (from small-shops [like Joe's] to brand-name shops [Service Champions] to big-store shops [Costco]) for the replacement of my HVAC system. Joe returned my calls quickly, came out at a time that was convenient for me and was the only guy who actually crawled up into the attic, took measurements/pics and really scoped out what was needed for the job BEFORE giving me the best quote I got. His experience is obvious and he offered a couple different scenarios of how to get to the best outcome. I truly appreciated that he LISTENED to what I wanted and didn't try to "up sale" me to a system that I didn't need. His crew (including his son Raymond), were all respectful, diligent, hard workers and, once my decision was made, the equipment was quickly ordered and delivered, and the installation was completed in ONE DAY (with clean up and haul off of old equipment as part of the deal). My HVAC system is working great and I highly recommend Canyon City Air to any one in need of HVAC repairs/replacement.
