Joseph made time in his busy schedule to visit my home on Sunday afternoon and quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I greatly appreciated Joseph working my AC problem into his busy schedule. Joseph was professional and showed a high degree of integrity and commitment to the customer. I recently worked with Joe and his crew to replace my entire HVAC system, and I am happy with the work that they did. Joe initially came out to find a leak in the system, but determined that there were likely multiple leaks, and with the system being 15+ years old, I decided to replace the whole thing. They came out on a Sunday, and had it done in about 8 hours. I appreciate the service and honesty, and now our house gets cold quickly thanks to our new system.

This week during a heat wave our air conditioner went out. It’s alway unsettling when you don’t have any idea who to call for service. By chance, our neighbor’s air went out a few weeks prior and she recommended Canyon City Air. Boy, are we glad she did. Joseph, Raymond and the rest of the team were very informative, professional and friendly. We needed a new condenser unit, which was installed within 24 hours. They did a fabulous job and left the area spotless. Their price was very reasonable. We had called for a second quote from another company and it was nearly double. As a new home owner it was really refreshing working with a group that was very straight forward, honest, and caring. They took care of my entire HVAC system to help address a serious Tobacco smell ive had since moving into my new home. Price was incredibly fair based on other quotes i got. Call on a Saturday afternoon about 2 o’clock. My AC counted out on me and blew one of those fuses. They picked up their phone when they were on another job over Azusa. Let’s schedule an appointment with me. They were here within the hour. Didn’t haggle with me and try to upset me all kinds of crap that I didn’t need. Didn’t waste my time for hours. Trying to look at my furnace or my blower when it’s in the middle of summer just went straight to the AC checked it over figured out. I just needed a fuse. Within five minutes went to the store. grabbed a fuse cause he didn’t have one on his truck because he’s been busy all day. It’s the middle of summer. It is August 9 90° 2025 and he came back within 25 minutes. It was all running and blowing cold. thank you so much. I’ll definitely be calling whenever I need it any kind of AC or heating work. What a great local HVAC professional. Joseph was able to quickly bring my furnace back in to action. The gas valve went out and Joseph was able to quickly walk me through the steps of diagnosing the issue my self over the phone. I was of course confident enough to have me try different things with the furnace. He later stopped by to verify the issue and obtain a list of parts needed for repair. Joseph was professional and even offered great advice on how to keep my furnace running great through out winter. All was done at reasonable and fair price. Thank you Canyon City Air for the great work you do for our community. We will be switching to you for our regular HVAC maintenance.

Great Company!! This company installed a new AC system and did a wonderful job. They added new air vents in our house for more airflow. I never knew this was an option. It is a winter wonderland in the summer. I forget the California heat outside. I had used a different company who did a horrible job and installed a faulty unit. I reached out to Canyon Air to fix the issue. Canyon Air installed a new system, and it works wonderful. The price was right. Our General Contractor was in the attic for work and said he has never seen such clean airducts. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest, and the real deal for HVAC. I called Canyon Air because of the great reviews.

Strike up the band!.Canyon City Air has once again made this great-gramma do a happy march! I contacted Joseph with a mysterious dilemma. Our once workable AC had gone silent. After some strategic questions from Joseph and several real-time pics sent to him, Joseph had an idea what was the problem. He sent out, Sebastian, a technician who conducted troubleshooting with all the expertise of a young, Sherlock Holmes! I kid you not! He hit the bulls-eye blindfolded!
