I have been very happy and more than satisfied with the service of Joe and Canyon City Air. Most notably I'd been given quotes from a local competitor and I found that Canyon City Air offered the same/similar services, and comparable parts/supplies for much less! Joe also is very responsive to calls and messages and makes the best efforts to come to my dance studio as soon as he can. Summer has always been an issue with my 3 commercial air conditioners (older units) and having dance students dancing in the rooms with no air is uncomfortable and not safe! Joe has always been able to get to my business right away, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Canyon City Air to anyone needing this type of service.

Joseph Reyes from Canyon City Air came to my home in Rancho Cucamonga in December, 2023.

He quickly determined the problem with my upstairs furnace. Joe replaced the circuit board and rewired both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats for 24 volts.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, helpful and addressed all of my concerns. Joe’s prices were fair. I would highly recommend Canyon City Air for anyone needing a HVAC contractor.

We had a great experience with Canyon City Air. He was neat and clean indoors and protected the flooring below attic access along with pathway to dispose of old ducts. The unit looks great outside and now everything has been brought up to code. The pricing was the best too! Over the past year we have replaced full and partial systems in our apartment complex with some ridiculously high quotes. We would definitely use Canyon City again.

We called Joe around 8a on a Monday and he was at our house by 9a. Such a great guy to work with. He diagnosed our AC issue in perfect detail. If we ever have any future issues with our system, he will be our first call!

What can I say about Canyon City Air other than they are FANTASTIC!! They do excellent work and are very honest. I had another service come look at my aging unit and they told me I need to replace the whole thing for around $7,000. Canyon City are came and found that all I needed was a fan and a recharge on my compressor and did a tune up on the inside of the house as well.

Joe is very professional and does good work. First time he worked on my air conditioning, we were in the middle of a heat wave, he came right over and order the part needed and came the next day to install it, which I greatly appreciated.
Will continue to call on him !

Joe is very professional and honest. I had another HVAC company out to look at my 20 year old system that the heater was malfunctioning on. They came out and told me it needed $1500 in work or needed to be completely replaced for about 7k. As a side note, I have regularly serviced my system with this company for over 10 years and in September 2023 they replaced the main control panel for $800. A friend recommended I call Joe and see if he had any other options and see if he had the same assessment.

Joe came right out looked at the system and immediately knew that when the main control panel was replaced the technician did not replace the burner unit. He said the control panel part kit that comes from the manufacturer comes with a new burner kit,
He said the replacement control panels don't work well with the old burner units. He said this all should have been replaced at the same time for the same cost. I thanked him, paid him for his time, and called the other company back out to finish the job they hadn't finished in September.

Needless to say, I will not be calling that other company for service anymore. I am very thankful to my friend for recommending Joe.

Our 19yr old ac died. We called a few different company’s to get quotes. Joes quote was close to a few of the others.. we went with canyon City Air because of Joe! He took his time looking at the system, going up in the attic and explaining everything to us! His guys arrived 7am and stayed until 5pm working nonstop! We highly recommend! Joe and his crew are so professional, prompt and best of all clean up after themselves!!

Joe is a true professional who takes pride in what he does and it shows. Communication with him has been easy and he is very responsive. Appreciated that he didn't try to upsell, even though our unit is older. Will definitely be calling him back when we are ready for a new unit!
