Joe and Raymond and the team are true professionals. Joe came and did a through inspection and gave me a fair and transparent appraisal. He knows air conditioning and his integrity is obvious when he explains his service and what is needed. The team came to our home on time, kept everything safe, secure and covered during their work. We had a 37 year old system replaced. Joe does not take short cuts and guarantees his work. Our home is chilly and fresh. Completely different air flow in the house. Highly recommend.

Called DMS for a service call on a rental unit I own. They went out and took care of the heating unit for me in a timely manner. I'm happy with their service.

Service was great, they were able to work with my schedule and get me in. The tech Israel came to my home and was very informative and gave me some tips and tricks to keep my AC unit running smoothly. Communication with the team was phenomenal, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have to say that I was pleasantly satisfied from start to finish! Everything was taken care of in a professional and timely manner! My AC unit was leaking horribly for months and we couldn’t figure out why! DMS Air arrived and figured out that there was a problem with my units’ pump within minutes! They replaced the pump with a new one with no problem and voila, no more leaking, no more water damage! Thank you so much DMS Air I appreciate the excellent quality of service, timely response, and professionalism!

In the middle of this heat my air conditioner stopped working. I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone out so quickly to have a look at it but Daniel from DMS Air was able to get someone out here fast!
Israel was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem right away.
He also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep the house cooler and the system not working so hard.
The price was super reasonable and I'm so happy with everything from making the appointment to the end result.

I contacted DMS to install a mini-split system for a new construction/ADU. The system included one condenser and three heads. The two technicians who arrived were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the initial installation in one day and returned to finish the installation after the city inspector inspected their work and cleared it with no corrections. Daniel kept me updated and addressed all my questions.

After the installation in the ADU was completed, the AC heads in my front two rentals, which were installed by another company, were not producing cool or hot air. I asked Daniel if they could take a look at them, and in less than a day, his technicians diagnosed the issue and repaired the poor installation completed by the other company. I only wish I had used DMS from the beginning. I highly recommend DMS and will definitely go to them for any further installations or AC needs.

The worst experience I've had in decades with any contractor. I had to record two of the workers Leo and Efrain while Leo yelled at me and I feared Efrain would physically hurt me. It goes without saying the owner Darryl was MIA when the system predictably had problems.
