This place is awesome, very clean and there open at 6am very convenient for the early bird ,Sam is very cool, Heather at the counter is the bomb very knowledgeable good variety of equipment and materials . 10 stars

Best place to shop for hvac friendly environment

I am not sure what is going on with the equipment sold over here. I had leaking coil, dent coil, picture was draw on new coil. Dent coil and picture coil happen in same week.

I think the team here is great; manager usually is at the front, is very approachable, and very knowledgable. Also usually has everything in stock and has lots of cool nifty gadgets I am too scared to ask the price for but maybe someday.

Also like most if not every ACPRO, has a little concessions stand for the wayward apprentices, the busy contractor, and the weary workers. I seriously enjoy visiting these places for a quick errand because I feel at ease seeing these guys handle my logistical needs.

I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday August 1st at 4:30 to have my air-conditioner looked at, I left work early to be home on time for this appointment. They never showed up, I called the office at 4:45 to find out where they were, for the lady to tell me she made a mistake and didn't put it on the board, cause she is not supposed to schedule that time. The only reason I had to use this place, is due to my insurance policy, complaints have been filed, and everyone will know not to use this company. Very unprofessional, and inconsiderate of others time. I will send them a bill for my wages lost.

We have worked with Advanced Air for decades. They are one of the best. They always go above and beyond for us and our tenants. Equally as important, they are honest. I would recommend them to any one needing quality work done!

What an awesome service , the experience was great from beginning to end . I was filled in on every aspect of my repair . Eddie came out and was well mannered and knowledgeable . I'm diffenetly sticking with advanced air for all my future hvac calls .

Craig responded quickly by sending one of his employees familiar with plumbing to determine if the water leak was due to piping in the house or a broken water heater. Fortunately for me it was the water heater. I would not hesitate to call again for service.

They were sent out through my insurance to see why my AC was not reaching downstairs. After they diagnosed the problem, my insurance told me it's not covered. So I asked them how much it would cost to fix it out of my own pocket. They said they need me to pay $150 to send someone out to take a look at the problem again. How does that make sense? You already sent someone out through the insurance but because you want to make an extra buck, you want to send another person out to diagnose the same problem? Crooks.

I have been a customer of this company since it first began. Craig and Lupe are the best! They are efficient, honest, hard-working individuals. Appointments are made quickly and are kept scheduled, the work is done correctly, and the prices are fair! Thank you!!

It's been so cold & I had my heater stop working. I called Advanced & they had a technician at my house that same day.
