All I can say about this place is that it a very difficult place to do any shopping. I only tried once and do not forsee myself coming back anytime soon! It caters pro customers (electricians) but have no clue of how to merchandise their products. The day I visited the shop I barely could walk into it: customer, products, pallets and even a forklift divided the same space. The 2 workers on that day were rotating back and forth between me the other customer present and the phone calls. Not a good customer service experience!

I was charged $180 for a diagnostic visit that did not happen. The electrician stood on the staircase landing, refused to step foot into the apartment, even when the tenant insisted. He already knew what the problem was. I have it all recorded on camera. That company is a fraud.

Max and his team oversaw the enormous rewiring of our home! Professionally, quickly, and in sync with other contractors, with excellent attention to detail. Thank you.

Great experience with Max Electric!! We needed our house rewired to remove the knob & tube and update our panel. Working with Andrii and his team has been excellent. They communicated clearly, were flexible along the way about things we wanted to change (like adding more outlets, putting in recessed lighting, etc.), and were very honest. We had to remain living in our house while they did the work and they were very courteous and understanding. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Needed to install an EV charger (Tesla universal connector) in the garage. Got a scheduled install date about two weeks after contacting Max Electric. Communications were quick and professional. Day of install had two folks come out, and they came on time and finished right on time as well. Second time using Max Electric for some electrical help in the garage - highly recommend them!

Was a bit bait and switched with quoted troubleshooting cost being lower. Then turns out they overcharged on the repair/material cost. Additionally this was at a rental so they didn’t call for approval of the repair and just went ahead and did the work. Overall the issue was repaired but it would've been twice as cheap if I had gone with a fixed cost electrician.

These folks are wonderful! From calling to set up an appointment, with Max (very informative on the phone) to the work getting completed by Raushan (delightful and knowledgeable) they are simply top shelf all the way.
We have an older home (100+ y/o) so sometimes the electrical is tricky. But I had two new fixtures installed, some very old switches swapped for new ones, and a little discussion about potentially installing an electric heat pump (my dream for this old house). All this was done in less than 2 hours, trash hauled away, and the spaces cleaned and tidy before Raushan departed. The cost was very reasonable and fully discussed up front before I committed to any work. HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical work you may need.
