Lucas was on time for the repairs. He was very professional and fixed all our electrical issues in a clean, knowledgeable and expert manner. He answered all our questions about the work. He is a great representative for the Max Electric company. None better! Job well done.

I am extremely pleased with Max electric. We lost power to our upstairs in our 1910 Edwardian home and received a quote for $7500 from another electrician. He could not find the junction box to the upstairs and explained that it was likely hidden behind sheet rock, which is a common issue in older homes and that he would have to run new lines to the upstairs. I felt that there had to be another solution, so I reached out to Max electrical.

Our technician, Lucas from Max electric, spent an hour and a half testing our system, and looking for our junction box which he finally found in our basement. It was a simple loose wire that needed to be replaced and reconnected. He also replaced an outlet upstairs.

The total cost was $610 saving us $6900! This is a great lesson to always getting a second or even third bid on big house work.

Max electric will be our go to company In the future. I highlyrecommend them.

Had another closet with a light issue. This one was faulty fluorescent light fixture. Rigo quickly diagnosed the problem, went on his own to buy a new LED light fixture (plus LED), and got it installed quickly. Works beautifully. Max Electric has consistently had excellent, knowledgeable electricians provide service for me.

I worked with Max Electric to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and a broken light fixture. Lucas, the electrician, was polite and great at his craft. Completed the work quickly and left the work area clean. The results were exactly what we were hoping for. Max Electric was also great at communication throughout the process - understanding the scope of work and scheduling. They were OK with us providing the parts, which ensured that we got exactly what we wanted.

We recently hired Max Electric for electrical upgrades in our home and were thoroughly impressed. Maksim, who I believe is the owner, came to our home for a free estimate, making the planning process much smoother as we mapped out each project. He followed up the visit with a clear, detailed quote for the work.

The work was performed by two other team members: Raushan and another technician whose name I don't remember. Both were efficient, clean, and showed great respect for our home. They tarped each area to minimize dust and debris, communicated clearly about what they were doing, and left hardly any trace behind.

We had two power outlets installed in the garage, added recessed lighting throughout our home (most in brand new spots, others were conversions from what were previously can lights), and replaced our ceiling fans with modern ones. Everything was completed within the estimated time and cost—no surprises.

What really stood out to us was the pride they took in their work, which is evident in how incredible everything looked when finished. We are so happy with how our home looks post-upgrade that we are already planning future projects with them that we wouldn't have considered before this.

The electrician, Lucas Polanco, who came out was professional, very friendly, and did very solid work. We’re happy with the quality of the job overall. However, in my personal opinion for this review, we ended up paying more than we should have for the service, which was disappointing based on the initial quote. While the work was done well, the pricing didn’t feel as fair or transparent as we expected.

Rigo was punctual, friendly, and informative. He knew immediately what the issue was— very old circuit breakers which he then replaced. Appreciate Max Electric’s responsiveness and sending out very professional electricians.

Max Electric is very professional. Our Project manager Raushan is professional, on top of the schedule, and very open in conversation on status and things to consider. The team he manages is very capable. If you are not sure, have a conversation with Max, who can walkthrough the entire process and answer most questions. Highly recommend Max Electric.

Superb service! I explained the problem and provided a photo of my malfunctioning dimmer switch, and Max gave me the price and set up an appointment within minutes.

It was difficult to pin other electricians down, and one wanted a video first meeting, which simply wasn't necessary (and seemed more than a little creepy, honestly).

Max's electrician showed up exactly at the time scheduled and installed a new switch, and I paid him on the spot. This is an easy five stars.

Only giving them one star because I think they really know their stuff. Very knowledgeable and I'm confident they are good at what they do But... They are super scammers!!! Came into a home built in the 80s and told us it was K&T and needed complete rewire + no grounded outlets which was not true!!!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY expect your est to double and have a maze of confusion!

I found Max Electric online so I know positive reviews have an impact. I was renovating a home to put on the market, that turned put to be an eight-month project due to my decision to do a full-on renovation maybe two months in.

Max’s job was to upgrade the home electrical systems to current compliance from 1950’s era knob and tubes. Also, to install new fixtures due to the renovation. I interviewed three electrical contractors. I went with Max as he had a detailed estimate and was matter of fact and accommodating to any questions. He was also the most realistic about the work involved. I understood what was going on. Max and his team are professionals and genuinely nice people. We passed inspections with no issues and budget to actual was accurate. I highly recommend Max Electric. The house was listed and sold under a week above list price. Max’s work was a big factor. Thanks Max Electric.

Our insurance requested we replace outdated electrical panels in the basement and Max Electric clearly has done many replacement jobs and is familiar with this request (they even handed us a printed brochure outlining EXACTLY what we needed as a service they cover). Work seemed professional, everyone we interfaced with was responsive and great at answering questions, explaining what needed to be done, and was polite and friendly. Our only complaint is that there were a few blips in communication around what time the technicians were arriving and what exactly they had left to do. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Would recommend Max Electric!

Rico and Mariano came to install two pendant lights in my ceiling. We talked through two options and settled on a ceiling cover with existing light box in place instead of more holes in the ceiling and beams and someone patching the ceiling. They were on time, efficient, helped get them level and adjusted to the height I wanted. They also put them on a dimmer. They cleaned up afterward. I thought they were great. Max Electrical was also responsive to my inquiry and I had a quote in days. I will call them back for other electrical work.

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

they gave me a quote same day for a subpanel upgrade after sending them pictures — they then came out 2 days later and got the job done in a little over half a day with 2 guys. was very impressed with their efficiency.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I would highly recommend mega electric for any of your electrical issues whether minor repairs or complex installation.

Needed an electrician for miscellaneous work at our home. Move outlets, install headed towel rack, relocate ethernet cables etc. Alex came out for an estimate, the price was reasonable for SF. Scheduling was easy.

Alex and the technician Sebastian came out. Sebastian did the work in a timely manner, cleaned the job as he went and left us feeling very well taken care of. They do not do drywall repair but that is to be expected as they are not a drywall team. However, they did cover all the holes in the wall with box covers or the original drywall. It is taped up and ready for the next guy. No giant holes in my walls.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I plan on calling them back for more work soon.
