Elmer, Hecder, and the team made a number of much needed repairs and improvements to my condo in San Francisco. These included replacing light fixtures, replacing water valves, installing a bathroom fan, installing a sliding shower door, installing ceiling lights, and interior painting. They pay attention to the details and make the finishes beautiful, while offering reasonable prices. Their hard work has left my space glowing with a brand new feel. Do not hesitate to contact them if your home needs any repairs or improvements. No matter what the ask is, they will come up with a solution and get the job done.

Elmer and his team spruced up my vintage, quirky apartment with a variety of professional repairs: replacing a clawfoot tub drain & old light dimmer switch, painting and plastering, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing heavy wooden pocket doors. They were timely and courteous about contacting us with ETAs. And he sent photos as the work progressed. Since we found more issues to repair (all were necessary & overdue), one day of work expanded into 3 so it was a bit more expensive than I planned. But get an estimate beforehand if you're on a tight budget. Elmer will work with your parameters.

Mr. Barrientos and team did an excellent job of painting my house.
In preparation he was very detailed and also replaced worn out sidings.
He did other smaller tasks to great satisfaction. He seems to know
how to do everything.

I highly recommend Barrientos Handyman Services. Pedro proactively communicated about scheduling. He is professional and friendly. He was quick to respond and to arrange to do the work. We wanted him to deconstruct the cabinet around a built in fridge that needed to be replaced which should have been just a few hours work. Pedro found rot in the flooring underneath. He worked an incredibly long day to remove the rotten flooring and the structural support underneath and install that section of flooring. The work is great. We will come back to Pedro when we are ready to redo our floors.

We hired Pedro to mount a couple of shelves into the drywall in our home. Pedro was super professional and friendly and charges a very fair rate. We will be hiring him again

As a property manager I expect the vendors I work with to treat my property owners and tenants with the respect and professional work/attitude and to absolutely follow up and follow thru with communication during and after the work is complete. I highly recommend Ben!

Wonderfully prompt, he asked my opinion and gave me options on the best options for fixing items on my punch list. Installed baseboards, moved the heavy bookcase, and rearranged for me—several minor issues like toilet, caulking, etc, etc.

Been replaced a 6 foot chopping block kitchen counter for me and it looks fantastic! You can count on him to respond promptly to texts and emails, show up on time and clean up after himself. I will definitely call him first whenever I need a job done.

Ben did an amazing job with our light fixture installation. We had a very old fixture which was hard to remove. He removed the old one and installed the new light very fast and in a clean way. I will hire Ben again for sure.
