Horribly disrespectful. I called to get some work done at my new apartment and man was barking at me as soon as he picked up. I remained calm and respectful but gave up and asked that he watch the way he talks to me to which he replied I could take my business else where. Also gave me a really expensive quote. Please take your business else where and don’t ruin your mood by attempting business with this man.

Carlos did a very thorough analysis of our water heater and a quick replacement. A+ service.

Had a 65lb mirror hung on drywall by Luis. He had such a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The end result was amazing and I feel so confident with the mirror secured to my wall. 10/10!

Harp and his team very professional and punctual. They moved my studio to new place at 6th floor without elevator. They also did patch up dry wall holes and fix scrach of the floor. At new place they mount my tv, pictures and heavy mirror, ceiling fan, new chandlier and install new door for bedroom

Sim & Sunny was excellent! Great communications, punctual, patient,
informative and capable. I got the impression that they really cared.

Sim did work on a complicated chandelier, removing parts and
reinstalling lamps. He had obviously read the instructions ahead of
time and was totally prepared.

He took the time to explain to me the different requirements of LED vs
regular bulbs.

They were quick to help me move my large couch after another mover couldn’t get the couch inside. My hallway has a few sprinklers that were hard to get the couch into my living room.
They suggested a few options on how they could help over the phone, one being to bring the couch in through the window, it worked! I would hire them again!

Harp helped me diligently and throughly to move furniture for me on two different occasions without any supervision.
I found his services on Craigslist. I called a few people. He responded immediately and offered services at a reasonable and competitive price. He was available on short notice to deliver. He communicates well and thoroughly, is prompt, and diligent.

Very dishonest and poor quality work
We ask them to waterproof with plastic our new framing to cover with plastic. Did not know what they are doing. Wasted over $812 supplies. Harp promised for the job for $700 then elevated to $1660 then $1900 plus supplies
Sunny put the plastic wrongly and did not cover the trimming property to prevent water leak. We decided not to use them and paid them what was done correctly. Refused to get off the job and demanded a lot money for the job they did not do it correctly
Very disappointed

I had a nightmare caulk job on my bathroom shower that I quickly learned that I couldn’t do myself. It looked like the caulk was reapplied, but never removed and applied. After 30 minutes of scratching at it with a remover tool, I decided it might be better to hire someone. The first people I called didn’t get back to me. This was the second place I called and I am so glad I did. Now I know who to call if I find myself stuck on a small project that I can’t do myself. He did such an amazing job and in a very short period of time. Something that would have taken me a couple of days, took him an hour and a half. All the cracked caulk was gone and the new stuff was applied better than I could ever do. Thank you so much for your help. I took a couple of photos, but the dirty shower is not him. It’s just old and gets dirty easily. Just look at the lovely fine like of silicon and see how well it was done!

SF handyman did a great job fixing my exterior door. Doors are so tricky to align but they were patient and reasonable. Great job and thank you!!!

We hired this team to open up a new doorway in a wall and to close up an old doorway with drywall. We also asked them to do some electrical work.

The work was sloppy and not completed in a timely manner. Several times they said they would show up for work, then would not come at all. Or would come but not have the right materials. There seemed to be poor communication between team members.

**The price was also raised significantly at the end.** I personally would not work with this team again.

I needed an urgent exterior home repair/haulaway before a windy night. I contacted this business and, within 2 hours, my problem was fixed. Luis was really prompt, fixed the issue in 15 minutes, and disassembled the broken part to haulaway. I definitely recommend this service if you need something done quickly.
