I recently moved the contents of my pre-covid apartment into my current apartment in the city.
Frankly, I don't know what I would have done if Yacoub had not been referred to me by my son-in-law. If I could ten stars, I would! Yacoub is just excellent. I had an emergency repair needed, and he came to help within half an hour. Then when I actually needed new equipment instead of a repair, he went to buy it, returned within an hour, and finished the job. All the while being cordial, precise and efficient. And as he left he told me that he guarantees his work if any problems should arise. I will Definitely contact him if I need any handyman services in the future and recommend him highly.

It is now several months later, and I have moved to a new place that has needed every type of repair from electricity, to painting, window repair, even welding. And Yacoub did them all, working as long as it took, weekends and evenings if necessary, to have everything ready for my moving day. He treated my place as if it was his own, taking great care and was absolutely fair and honest as well as so pleasant and encouraging to deal with.

Yacoub is awesome. Both showers in my condo were not getting hot and I wasn't sure why. He came by 30 minutes after I called him, diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair, transparent quote to fix it. Once I sheduled a water shutoff with my building, he made the timming work and was punctual, patient and very skilled. It is nice to have a hot shower again finally. It is even nicer to have a fantastic handyman who can help with a wide range of issues as they come up!
