I've used BerryClean three times and have had mixed experiences. The first cleaning I got was a deep clean for my 1b/1b apartment. Everything was absolutely sparkling, it felt like I was walking into a new home. They even cleaned some of our dishes and got some long-standing stains off that I thought were permanent. I was wildly impressed.

The second time, I got a regular clean. I wasn't near as impressed as I was the first time around, things weren't as thoroughly cleaned, but chalked that up to ordering a lower level of service. Overall, decided the regular wasn't worth the price.

My third clean was a deep clean. I overall was not impressed with the cleaning job, as there were some missed spots. Additionally, they used the wrong cleaner on my air fryer which totally ruined it. I reached out, and the team was very responsive and offered to touch up the areas they missed (which I declined since it would be easier to clean it myself than deal with the logistics), and they did reimburse me for the ruined appliance which was much appreciated. But, for the price they charge I will likely not return.

I’ve been using Berry Clean regularly for over two years. They have a very professional team, they are always on time and they do a great job. If I need to reschedule or make changes to my service its easy to do so on their site. Very happy with Berry Clean!

BerryClean was on time and easy to work with. They listened to our concerns about the house and moved through the space efficiently and communicated clearly. We already had a clean house to begin with, but it was notable how thorough the deep clean was to take our home to another level. Will certainly be using this service again in the future.

Berry Clean did an excellent job deep cleaning the entire downstairs of my home after I had new flooring installed. They even vacuumed my leather furniture & curtains which came out great. Highly recommend them!

BerryClean is awesome! I've hired them twice - once for a Deep Clean and once for a Basic Clean, and both times they've knocked it out of the park! My apartment looks like it did when I first moved in. They are punctual, thorough, and very professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for cleaners in SF!

When I tell you I am moving into the home of my dreams, I am not saying that lightly. I wanted everything to be perfect and so I wanted to clean it myself before moving in. I went with BerryClean because of the name and because it was a women owned business and I do not regret my decision.

The team that came to my house: Mishel, Lilian, and Ana M. got to the home earlier than expected which was a JOY and started cleaning right away. We were able to talk a bit and I explained to them that I was going to rent this house and I was so excited and they all were very kind and responsive.

They were very detailed in their cleaning despite having no furniture in the house. Windows were done, mess was removed, ovens, stoves and fridges are now SPOTLESS. they worked quickly, and divided and conquered to get everything done in a timely manner. Pricing was affordable and I will definitely see about a monthly clean - but only if I can book the three of them again!

I had to leave after about 3 hours but they were still there and I came back to such an amazing start to a wonderful home. I am honored these lovely humans were able to help me start my move in process.

Heydi, Erika, Ely, and Wilma did an incredible job cleaning our apartment. It had been needing a deep clean for some time and they left it spotless. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very detailed and thorough. This was my first time using BerryClean but I'll definitely be using them again :)

We hired BerryClean to do a move-out deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. The three women did a fantastic job, they were very thorough and the house was super clean once they were finished. I couldn't have asked for more. And the online booking process was easy and efficient and the staff who helped coordinate the cleaning were very responsive.

I used Berry Clean for a deep clean. They are very responsive when contacted and scheduling was easy and convenient with multiple reminders.

The cleaners arrived within the time window that was provided and did a very thorough job that surpassed my expectations. The kitchen and inside of the fridge was spotless and everything else was cleaned/organized to near perfection. I would definitely use their services again.

I got a basic cleaning service for a 1B1B apartment after breaking my toe and just wanting a little extra help. It was my first time ever using a cleaning service, but I think they did a wonderful job. Thank you Hilda, Gloria, and Santiago! I cleaned up clothes and belongings so they'd have the room to focus on everything else and in the end it took 3 hours (there was 1 professional for the first hour before 2 more came to help, so I estimate 2 hours normally as stated on their website). They maximized their time and even touched on baseboards and hard-to-vacuum spots. I used a translator to communicate and the process was very easy. Although I paid for a basic clean, it felt like a deep clean! I can confirm that a deep clean is just the range of things they clean (inside cabinets, etc.) rather than the quality. :) All in all, very happy and would use again. For those like me suspiciously wondering about the sheer amount of reviews, it's because they kindly ask us to rate after service. I'm rating because I enjoyed their work and not because I was given an incentive or discount (although a discount would be nice, lol). Thanks, BerryClean team!

BerryClean is professional, prompt and have thorough attention to detail. My apartment is small and packed with many delicate items, and they always take extreme care to clean carefully. They are not the cheapest service providers, but I find they are worth every penny. I always go with them.

I had been using a different service over the past few years that I could book online as needed, but their quality had gone down recently so I decided to look around. Based on the Yelp reviews, I chose to try BerryClean for a deep-cleaning service which we desperately needed. A team of 3 cleaners came for most of the day and scoured & scrubbed our home into better shape than it had been in years, if not ever! Would highly recommend. Convenient to schedule online and there's a first-time discount that makes it really worthwhile to try them out.

Cecilia did a fantastic job and really went the extra mile with cleaning our kitchen!! It felt brand new when she was done and we could not be more grateful to her for her hard work. 10/10 would recommend BerryClean. I had a deep clean done to a large studio apt before putting it up for rent. Berry Clean came on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned from floor to ceiling on the walls. Wiped the windows. Cleaned the counters and appliances. The floors were washed
The bathroom was a mess and it now shines.
The whole unit smells clean.

Punctual, friendly, responsive, and most importantly they did an amazing job. We hired them for a deep clean and they did not disappoint (we’ve had other cleaners before and always not completely satisfied…BerryClean by far surpassed expectations). If you sign up for a reoccurring service, they offer a discount which is worth the savings. Thank you BerryClean!

EDIT 8/23/24: after I wrote this review, the customer service contacted me to say “now that you have left a 2 star review, we can no longer negotiate anything, at least as long as the review is up.” Looks like they pressure customers to remove bad reviews. Choose a different cleaner.

Cleaners did a pretty good job but damaged our sink and a brand new speaker. The company didn’t take responsibility for either and I had to fight with customer service for two weeks before they connected me with their handyman. I had to coordinate the repair myself, and we never got compensated for the speaker damage. Over all they’re fine, but you can get just as good cleaners for less with better customer service.
