Yacoub is, without a doubt, the most helpful person I’ve ever worked with. Over the past year, he’s been an invaluable help on countless projects, always completing each one with exceptional attention to detail. He’s mounted multiple TVs with cables perfectly routed through the walls for a seamless finish, framed and hung artwork, installed a pet gate at the top of our stairs, and even replaced fixtures in our bathroom. No matter the task, he’s thorough, efficient with his time, and incredibly flexible with scheduling, making the process easy and stress-free. When he hung a row of pictures for us, he ensured each one was level and evenly spaced to perfection. His prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. While Yacoub was on time and finished all tasks, I am unfortunately disappointed by the end result. There was a lack of attention to detail for things like ensuring artwork was level (should use a leveler or laser level and not just measure from the ceiling) and that curtain rods don't intersect in corners (ended up with unsightly extra drilled holes). These were both things I had to prompt him on during and also fix after the fact, in addition to fixing a shelf he knocked off the wall while working. If I'm hiring a professional, I personally expect to be able to not worry about such things.
