I’m so glad i found Yacoub. I got some egregious quotes from other plumbing companies and so gave Yacoub a call. He came same day and fixed my garbage disposal and drainage issue with my bathtub and sink. 10/10 would recommend

Yacoub was great! He was timely, friendly, and had our TV mounted in less than an hour. His mounting job has the TV perfectly level and super sturdy. He also has special drywall anchors if studs aren’t an option. We’ll be using his handyman services again in the future. Highly recommend!

Yacoub (Jacob) is truly the best. He was referred to me by a friend and provided all of the services I needed as well as recommended other products he felt I would benefit from in my home. Yacoub has held me for a number of different jobs. He installed a new fan over the stove. He installed a dedicated electric plan in my AirBnB room. That included patching, drywall and painting,. He has helped with many handyman jobs around the house. He knows what he’s doing and he is pretty fast.

Yacoub is a great and reliable handyman that we've worked with on many occasions. He is always responsive, helpful and does high quality work. He's installed faucets, fixed filters, cut and placed tiles, and most recently hung a gallery wall that all of our friends are complimenting! We'll never work with anyone else!

I hired Yacoub to remove a super greasy-decades-old range hood and replace with a new one. The whole process was painless.
He picked up all my calls quickly, offered to research, buy and bring the new range hood, so I don’t have to wait for the new hood to come before I can call him back.
The new hood is made of stainless steel and $99 before tax, a great deal.
In addition, to ensure the greasy doesn’t build up, he used up the entire role of aluminum tape to cover the cabinet shelf.
He also offered to take the repulsively smelly and dirty old hood to the dump, so I don’t have to wait for any other 3 days for Recology to pick up.
I would definitely hire him again and recommend him for any appliance handling jobs!

I can’t believe I’m the first to review on Google, but Aaron Cohick of ABC Maintenance is simply just a wizard in an industry full of incompetents. He’s educated in many facets of life and can problem solve like no other, thus creating the best solutions for all your home repair, installation, and remodel needs. After ten years of using his services I’ve yet to come up with anything that he could not successfully help me out with. He’s very responsive, cleans up after himself, and approaches every task like a designer creating something beautiful for your property. Also, he’s a great resource for advice, referrals, and design consultation even if it’s a project that would be more cost effective to hire a specialist to do.
