The redesigned and remodeled garden created by Rock and Rose Landscapes couldn't make us happier. They connected us with landscape designer Angela Tamblin who was attentive to the existing conditions of the site and sympathetic to our tastes. She came up with fine ideas, helped us visualize realistic and desirable options and clearly laid out costs and processes.
The installation crews were real professionals and extremely personable. We even miss having them around. Materials and craftsmanship were top notch. The site beyond the work area was protected and kept clean. It's amazing how accurate the amounts and timely the delivery of construction materials, soil and plants was. Waste seemed to be reused and/or recycled when possible.
The supervisor was always ready to answer questions and alerted us to cost changes for our new ideas along the way as soon they came up.
Invoices and statements are as clear and timely as any other contractor we've worked with.
The garden is still new but we anticipate saying “Thank you Rock and Rose” well into the future!

Rock & Rose did an amazing job on renovating our entire backyard. They took a rough design we had from a friend who is a landscape architect and turned it into a fully-fledged plan for our backyard. Whenever we ran into various obstacles, they worked with us to figure out our options and made what we wanted happen. We now have an amazing patio with firepit, BBQ area, and a hot tub, as well as a beautiful garden area with vegetable planters. It was a bit on the expensive size compared to what we had hoped, but that's probably true for most projects like this. And our particular project was not without its challenges.

Rock and rose took the jungle of what was my backyard (the first photo 🫥) and transformed it into a peaceful oasis escape for my family. It was overrun with blackberry and fennel, was sloped in awkward ways, and generally unusable. Jeff and Tim designed a deck, fire pit area, and meadow garden. It is seriously amazing the transformation it went through. The demolition and construction crew were top notch as well. Very respectful of our home, hard working, and a high level of attention to detail. The team also worked on a Catio which has been a welcome addition for our indoor cat. They managed to finish on time and on budget as well. Please check out rock and rose for your landscaping needs in the future.

Our landscape designer referred us to RRL, and we were so happy to have them on our project. We remodeled our entire garden, including installing new fences, shed doors, and carport screen in addition to landscaping.
Our project manager, Martin, and his team were fantastic to work with! Martin had a great design idea for updating our carport door and screen and we couldn't be happier with the result. He came by often to make sure everything was going well. Interactions with the business office were smooth with prompt and accurate billing and clear communication about change orders.
Last but not least, many thanks to Santos who was working on our job nearly every day with care and skill. Always professional and friendly. Now that our project is over, I already miss seeing the crew.

Update: They reached out to me on Monday, just as they said they would, and have helped figure out a way to refund the cleanings I wasn't aware I was paying for, despite the length of time that had passed. I appreciate their creative problem solving, and their responsiveness. I've changed my rating to reflect this. Minus one star because we couldn't figure out why my cleaning got changed originally. But had I checked more diligently and followed up more quickly it would have been easier for everyone.

Original review: 2 stars for ease of booking and the fact that the cleaners always arrived within the time they said they would, with no issues.

My issue is that I was unknowingly paying for deep cleaning for months, when I only wanted basic cleaning, and was in fact forgiving some cleaning oversights (dirty/sticky floors mostly) due to the fact that I had emailed them specifically saying I wanted to switch to a basic cleaning ongoing, and they had confirmed they would do so. When I raised the issue to them they asked to see pictures of the issues, but did nothing to address the rest of it.

I cannot see the difference between the deep clean vs. basic clean on their website, so maybe my standards are different from what they commit to. But the deep clean was very expensive for very inconsistent quality.

Berry Clean cleaners did an awesome job cleaning my apartment. I planned on having friends over and decided the place needed a quick cleaning. I set up the appointment online the night before and got a response immediately confirming my reservation. The cleaner came in the morning and set to work right away, and was extremely professional and courteous. I definitely plan on using Berry Clean again!

Berry Clean does a fantastic job cleaning. The whole team is very helpful and responsive and makes things so easy. I had a preference that I wanted communicated to the cleaning team - easy. I had a billing issue (more of an understandable confusion) - easy. Paying online - easy. Tipping online - easy. All so easy...I love it.

We needed our entire rental home cleaned when we moved out after being there 27 years, and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

They were also the only company that gave a flat rate for this service, and were very specific about that would include. Others said they had a set base rate, but the final price would depend on what they find when they do the job.

Berry Clean did a great job cleaning our condo after our renter moved out. They did a much better job than the cleaners we used previously. Isabelle was responsive and communicated well with me throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them again.

Ive used Berry Clean many times over the years and have always been pleased with their work but I have to say Isabel took it to the next level when she cleaned recently! She got out stains in the shower that bleach and scrubbing have not, I don't know how she did it but our house looks brand new! Highly recommend Berry Clean and if you can select your cleaner Isabel is a rock star.

From the moment I chatted with Isabelle on the phone I just knew this was going to be a great experience.
The team arrived right on time, I left the house due to my house being just one master room, and when I returned the house was spotless. This was a deep FIRST clean so I know that the pricing reflected that.
I bought a membership package and they are really cool about billing you in affordable chunks if you'd like! I will definitely be using my membership monthly. It is so great to have a sparkling clean house again!

I've used BerryClean twice for deep cleans and they have provided exceptional service both times. They arrive on time and get to work very fast. My recent deep clean was very thorough and I was impressed with the attention to detail that went into the cleaning. I highly recommend and will always use them for my deep cleans!

We needed a deep clean after many months of self-cleaning. They were able to come the day after I called! We are amazed at the ease and wonderful job! The women worked hard to clean our common areas, even our coffee makers, and everything is sparkling, beautiful and smell nice. They arrived early and worked until the job was done. Well worth the money! I haven't seen our place so clean since I moved in. Fabulous job! Thank you BerryClean!!

UPDATE May 2023: If you're a business charging nearly $500 to get your house cleaned, you have to deliver that value. I have been using Berry Clean since 2020 and they have been great...until today. The cleaners were late almost 20 minutes, without any updates. The management was apologetic, but the cleaners were clueless about it. I really hope that the cleaners I had today were an exception - because I have photos of the sink, the floors, shower tiles and rugs that obviously have not been cleaned/vacuumed properly. I even caught them about to leave without even vacuuming and mopping the kitchen floor. Turns out they did the same in another room. When I asked if that room was cleaned, they said yes. After they left, I was suspicious and went through a thorough check and it was evident the floor was not done. I can't believe I paid so much money for a service I could have done for myself. I really wish that this isn't a representation of the company - seriously, all the cleaners I've had before this were amazing. I just got done cleaning the kitchen sink myself. Very disappointed.

Amazingly thorough and clean. They do not rush to fit in more appointments in a day. So worth the investment.

We've been with Berry Clean now for a while and are happy with their work. I really appreciate how easy it is to skip or change our appointment online. Every person I have dealt with has been kind and responsible. Plan to stay with them for the foreseeable future.

BerryClean did an excellent job for us. Easy to schedule and specify what we wanted done. They showed up when they said they would and they did a terrific job in cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living area. We will definitely be using them again.
