They were great I am not a fan of plumbing but I told what I was trying to accomplish and they help me with everything that I needed along with extremely patience and I would highly recommend them please if you need help that the place to go quality parts and extremely helpful people.

these guys are the absolute best.. the nicest, friendliest and most helpful folks I've encountered with my remodeling adventure..they had everything on hand and in stock from several small copper fittings to large cast iron pipes with associated angles and brackets for everything.. They even had vent pipes and brackets and overflows and tons of 4 band couplers in 3 sizes...A1-Plumbing is a slam dunk when I need anything plumbing!

Usually people don't think about a plumbing supply store when they are writing superlatives. Well, this store is rare gem. I do most of my plumbing myself and it so happened that we had a leak in our shower and I had to replace both facets, seats, washers, diverter and shower head (might we well do the shower head, it's been a while). I took out the old crumbling parts (easily 70 years old) and, unsurprisingly, the first three plumbing supply stores didn't carry these anymore.

When I came to A-1, I didn't have my hopes too high. I was wrong. Uriah, the owner, is a rate kind of an honest professional. He took one look at the parts and immediately knew which parts and maker they were and got them for me. I also picked a shower head and a pipe wrench but Uriah warned that the wrench he carried that day might come with a sticker shock and recommended I look for a cheaper one at another store. I had a great experience at A-1 and am so happy I found that place.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the reception, service that I found A-1 Plumbing today. The receptionist/admin person is welcoming and sweet (I regret that I missed getting her name.) Euria or Uria (not sure of spelling of his name) is so knowledgeable and gracious. I will def be back again for all my plumbing needs. I cannot believe I had not prv heard of A-1 Plumbing. Thank you, thank you!

I came here while doing a small DIY bathroom plumbing repair. I didn't have any experience with plumbing and was learning as I went. The guy who helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my basic questions.

He helped me find the part I needed, taught me some things, and the woman who worked here even sold me a new part for half off after I broke the first one accidentally once I got home.

Another big plus is that they actually had the part I needed in the first place. I'd gone to a hardware store and another plumbing store, neither of which had it.

I will 100% come back here for any plumbing projects in the future.

Had a kitchen faucet hose break and after trying a few different plumbing supply stores with no luck ended up at A 1, was warmly greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable employee who was able to find the replacement for us. Thank you

This place is great! Very friendly and helpful staff. They even had a hard to find part that I had gone to several places looking for it.

Great shop with great customer service. The owner spent a good amount of time hunting down an obscure tool to help me remove an obscure faucet cartridge, then helped me remove the cartridge, as it was frozen. They even had a new cartridge in stock. Will definitely be returning. Cute shop cat, too.

I had a plumbing emergency and called this service because they were available right away. To their credit, they arrived quickly and resolved the issue within minutes. However, I was shocked at how high the charges were. While I appreciate the prompt response in a stressful situation, the cost felt very unreasonable.

Good for urgent situations, but be prepared for a hefty bill.

Completely professional, knowledgeable team Rony and Alvaro did everything necessary to correct the situation when a serious plumbing problem arose. I cannot stress their performance and professional integrity enough…..

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.

Not sure of spelling, but repair person Ronnie certainly knows what he's doing and was quite courteous while doing so.

Rony and Manuel are the best. We had a clogged drain in our apartment and these guys came and knocked it out quickly. I appreciate their professional service. Well done guys
