Pablo is very professional. I had a water leak at my house they came promptly and fix the leak. Their prices are very reasonable, their services are excellent.

I’ve never used their services, but if their quality of service is reflected, in how the servicemen drive their cars they should have their license revoked. One of their vans not only drove dangerously but cut off many people waiting to get on a highway. Wouldn’t let them anywhere near my home if that’s their temperament.

Ronnie from Prompt Plumbing was fantastic. Fixed toilet repairs and went above and beyond with service and attention to detail. thank you!

Fantastic and professional service from John and Brandon this morning. John was able to explain in detail what the issue was and I'm very picky about customer service. Our property mgmt company put in a work order for a slow faucet with low water pressure. Ronny from Promt Plumbing was quick to call and confirm a time, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to replace the faucet the same day. Great work and highly recommended.

Rony from prompt plumbing came to help us fixing a weird pipe issue made by the previous owner. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was careful in handling of the equipment around the house and thoroughly cleaned the area after he was finished. William was fantastic! He was super kind and courteous and identified the issue right away. Through photos and videos he explained to me where the leak was coming from in the water heater and how he would fix it. He fixed the leak quickly and once again showed me through photos how he fixed it. Highly recommend! Doug was also great at communicating and coordinating repair services!

Very good, especially for the price. They go a little heavy on the salt, so you might ask for them to be light on the salt.

Unresponsive and quoted me at an absurd rate that was more than 4x the cost other plumbing companies came in at.

They arrived on time and described the issue and cost ahead of fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Hetherington plumbing.

Very friendly and professional Hetherington employee came to my home to take care of a plumbing problem. His name is Dish. I was happy with the work and the service.

Had a leaky faucet. They send someone to examine the issue and the plumber replaces the faucet, but doesn't fix the leak issue and actually makes the leak worse. He says they require a water shutoff and will need to come back after getting approval from the building. They schedule for next week, but cancel the morning of because they didnt get approval. Rescheduled for the week after, and they cancel again because they didnt get the approval AGAIN.

Our plumber, Dominic, had to shut off the water in our building last Monday for 4 hours, with an extension of 2 hours due to a seized valve. Dominic was very professional and always checking to see that repairs were going well. Thank you and all went well!

We had problems with the boiler in our condos. Jr. and Tyrone got here very quickly and fixed. As they were about to leave they did a test on another part and found it to be faulty. They had to go across San Francisco fo collect the part. Installed and checked with me to make sure water was hot and running properly.

Above and beyond given it's a holiday weekend.

They are the most horrible company and people, starting with the owner.
Firstly they charged me $1800 for a bill that other plumbers quoted me for $700, then they promised me they will lower the charge as per the screenshot below, and then they still charged the whole amount.
I contacted the owner, but they didn't even wanted to talk to me.

Great service by great people. Jr and Anthony were very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They found a few unforeseen issues while doing the planned job and quickly made adjustments and got the job done on time based on building requirements. They saved me money by not having to come back a second time. Thanks guys!

Dominic Sr. and Junior are the most professional, punctual and thorough plumbers I’ve encountered. I had multiple issues involving clogged pipes and failing backup pumps. They were able to address each issue with accuracy and give recommendations. Honest, direct and able to explain everything with great clarity Hetherington delivered. With their awesome personalities, if I could have added more stars, I would have. Definitely keeping Herthington in my speed dial!!

This company operates in predatory rates, is not clear upfront about cost, then tries to charge 2 hours for a replacement of a shower cartridge at took 20 minutes to replace (charged for 2 hours of labor). Absolutely wrong.

They also no showed twice before making it in a designated window of time. Absolutely infuriating
