David Letteer at Roto-Rooter was incredibly kind, quick, efficient and knowledgeable! I'm very impressed with the services I received today. The price was reasonable and I waited less than 2 hours for him to arrive to fix my sink.

Mr. Galarza (The Soap Man ☺️) hooked it up and got my sink (main) pipe all cleared out!! He is super duper professional and super nice. I absolutely recommend his help and work if you need a good sink-pipe-cleaning. Thank you again!!

He was friendly, on time, and very knowledgable. The desvaling he had done was very clean. What I mean by clean, Wow! The drain line looked amazing. He had almost cleared the remnants totally but, in honesty not 100%. It was close to it.

Ray came to our house within two hours of my contacting the office. He was friendly and professional and walked me through everything he was doing so I could clearly understand the problem. He stuck to the price we had agreed on for the service, despite the fact that he did some additional work, and gave me an honest estimate for further repairs, should I want to pursue them. At no point did I feel that he was upselling me on further work, which is more than I can say for some other plumbers out there. Thanks, Ray!

We have problems with fine roots backing up from the side city. We generally have to clear the lines a couple of times a year. We had many services but David L is the man and knows his stuff when it comes to clearing a back. When David does the job it’s done right the first time. Great service and we are very happy with the results. Thank you.

Our technician, David, was great. Answered questions and provided recommendations. He restored our sink to better working order than before. Not only did he clear our drain, he completed an analysis of our sink plumbing system. He left things cleaner than when he arrived.

I did have some difficulty with the call taker that took my initial request for service. The call taker was the complete opposite of our technician. I felt asking two or three questions was hassle, to the point that I stopped asking. She never asked any questions to help with scheduling our appointment. However, I needed to ask one more question and had to call back. On the second call, I was given an answer and she hung up. That interaction made me want to cancel my appointment with Roto Rooter and find another provider. Fortunately, David restored some of my confidence in the company.

Justin was professional and efficient - absolutely solved the issue and then used rest of his time to help on anything else he could find. Recommended.

Chosen Rooter and Plumber has become our go to service when we need plumbing work. Everyone we have worked with is professional and does excellent work. Omar recently helped us solve a mystery leak, and was able to explain the options and risks in a way that helped us make an informed decision. We have a lot of trust in the team there and would definitely call on them first for any plumbing needs.

Omar was the service technician who arrived today at my home and he made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He explained things thoroughly and patiently as he investigated the entire scope of the problem. And he was able to consult with his supervisor and provide me an estimate the same day which I have found is quite rare.

I can't recommend the CR&P team enough! They kept us updated on arrival time, their pricing is fair/aligned with market rates, and they went above and beyond to hook up our new washer and dryer (they spent extra time cutting a new dryer exhaust tube so the machine would be closer to the wall/improve the walkable space in our small laundry room and helped us update/resize our gas line so it's compatible with modern appliances!). They stayed extra late to make sure we were all taken care of (until 9 pm!). We're so happy with their work and service, we hope to install an automatic water shutoff device with them next month!

Very positive experience with Omar who initially came out to deal w/ a slow drain issue. I then asked him to check my hot water heater which is about 8 years old and the last one gave out and flooded my basement so I didn't want that to happen again. He was very calm and explained the issues with my hot water heater and the need for an emergency shut-off valve for insurance purposes. He worked hard to install everything and stayed late to ensure the job was done. Still struggling on the tech front to get the Moen app working (which is needed for the shut-off valve) but hope that will be resolved soon. He was terrific.
