I can’t recommend these guys highly enough — incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in doing quality work. I’ve been working with Nate and Aaron, and both have gone above and beyond to help me out every step of the way.
They completed a massive amount of work on my property, including installing a liner, a full water filtration system, and redoing much of the plumbing under my house. During a separate construction project, Aaron did an inspection for me and uncovered serious issues that would’ve gone unnoticed — issues that could have caused major damage if left unresolved. Their work quite literally saved my house.
Aaron also made thoughtful recommendations, like installing a Moen device that automatically shuts off the water if a leak is detected — something I hadn’t even considered but now gives me serious peace of mind.

This is the best plumbing company. I worked with Aaron and he was extremely competent, reliable, and friendly. He was responsive on a weekend and committed to getting the whole job done right and cared about the details. Our faucet had lost water pressure due to faulty work by a different plumbing company - he fixed this, educated me along the way - and then also fixed our original issue related to a dishwasher leak - and even helped fix our shower water pressure and toilet installation as well to really make things in our home work better. The office and Nicole were also very helpful with clear communication and help accommodating our schedule. Paul was excellent in convey information at all steps of the process . He went above and beyond to procure and I stall a new toilet in the same day since my old toilet wasn’t working.

Received a notification from my Moen Flo device that there was a small leak detected. Nate came over and instantly found the issue with our water heater valve and promptly replaced it the next day.

The following day my Moen device was still alerting of a small leak. The team came over and inspected the entire house and confirmed there was no leak. After restarting my Moen device the leak was not detected anymore. As a new homeowner, I am thankful to the entire team for their patience and diligence to ensure that our home is protected from leaks.

I had Chosen Rooter & Plumbing come out to the house this morning to install a new bathroom faucet. Jesus Maza was the technician who did the work. He arrived early and was finished in about 2 hours. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. He was a great guy to work with--he has been here before to work on other plumbing projects. He is exactly why I continue to turn to Chosen for my plumbing issues. He is fast, professional, and thorough. I feel lucky to have found Daniel and his team to help me with a host of plumbing issues.

My garage disposal was leaking. Vladimir was able to diagnose the source of the leak as well as discovering a damaged hose on the faucet that was getting jammed when I tried to use the sprayer. He replaced both components, taking care to match the faucet to the original in terms of style and finish. He was a prince of a guy to work with and was conscientious about leaving the work area better than he found it.

We have hired Chosen Rooter and Plumbing multiple times and had a first class experience each time. Most recently, we worked with Jimmy, who diagnosed and resolved multiple issues with our shower. Jimmy was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about issue we were dealing with. He investigated a few different possible solutions before recommending the highest value option to us. We had a great experience with Jimmy. We have also had an excellent experience with Edgar, who has been here to fix multiple issues that we had: a leak we had, and an issue with the drain in our bathtub. Chosen Rooter and Plumbing is extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. We are grateful that they are nearby.

I've used CR&P 2x now; first was related to a couple of faulty flapper / refill tube components in my toilets. The technicians brought to my attention a relatively high water pressure coming from the city supply; replacing a pressure regulator valve and installing an expansion tank solved that issue. Second time my kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked ... 25 feet of snaking later we're good as new! Many thanks!

Chosen Rooter replaced my water heater last year and they did a great job. This year my neighbor was away when their water heater started leaking. I called Chosen Rooter and, even though it was a Sunday night, they handled it for me right away. Their service is excellent, the pricing is right and you can count on their work.

We had a pipe break and start leaking and the whole team at chosen rooter was great and fixed the issue very quickly. Justin did a great job and was very easy to work with. Communication was great from the whole team.

We chose CRAP to help us figure out why our sewer line was backing up. Vladamir came out to service our problem and was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Zack Marlett of Chosen Rooter & Plumbing Inc. is a gentle giant with a deep, loud base voice, who has a great sense of humor, good taste in alcoholic beverages (about which we only spoke, did not partake), fun animals, and just a general, a jolly guy. Oh, by the way, he is an excellent plumber, who works efficiently, cleanly, and knowledgeably. He was great. I’d have him back anytime for plumbing issues that might arise.
